My experience with U-Haul Eastlake was amazing. All staff was extraordinarily helpful, friendly, and professional. They all went above and beyond to make my move (truck rentals and a month of storage) very smooth and easy. The trucks and storage units were clean and well taken care of. I would absolutely use them again if I needed a moving truck or a storage unit.

I In which I ubered there. No one mentioned accommodating me to take me to the next nearest location 4 miles away to get the truck that was available in Oldsmar. It was very frustrating. No hitch was attached at time of pickup so I did go back to Sunset Point location to get attached so that was good but more mileage. I thank you for the services hopefully not all of this the next time

Six years of excellence by this location and management. I would highly recommend this U-Haul location. As an after thought, my daughter has maintained a unit here for about a year and is totally satisfied. We are moving out of Fl so have closed the units.

Your website says the units are kept between 65-85, and the temperature thermometer on the wall read 96 degrees. I have things that I don't feel comfortable storing in that unit now because of how hot it is. I'm not happy paying more for climate controlled if it's going to be as hot as an outside unit. To clarify, the facility is clean which is nice but I would love for the AC to be maintained and checked often.

This local uhaul employee was very nice and did resolve issues but uhaul needs to retrain online customer service reps.. Also this location needs more help on Sundays .. husband said he had to wait even though there was no one ahead of him ..

Which is cutting in to my preset miles Again. This is only one example of the nightmare I faced with this company! Once I dropped off my rental I was told that I would receive a call the following day from the manager to address my concerns which is Monday 8-2-22 I have yet to receive a call from anyone And now because of this company I've lost money and time I'll never get back.. the way this company treats people is beyond ridiculous. It would be great to have this resolved. I've rented with uhaul a dozen times. And this has by far been the worst. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM HERE AGAIN..OVER THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS IVE GIVEN THESE PEOPLE AND IVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AND NIGHTMARES SINCE BEFORE I PICKED UP THE TRUCK.
