Truck rental drop off was very quick and easy. Agent was very accommodating.
TIMOTHY GStop charging $60 fee for using a debit card. And then pay the $60 back when it's returned.

DILLON PYet another Uhaul location that still has not emailed me my receipt. Have to take time out of my day again to make a phone call requesting something that should have been done shortly after returning the equipment.

ROBERT WThis was actually the best experience I have had renting a 5X8 trailer. In the past I have shown up at the UHaul location to find out the trailer I have reserved for that location is NOT AVAILABLE and I'm advised to drive to another location 50 miles out of my way to pick up the trailer I had reserved. Hopefully that experience will not happen again. The agent at the Jackrabbit location - Andrew - was very helpful.

KAY POne of the tires on the trailer was almost at the end of its life, but the service attendant couldn't change it because he didn't have access to a tire iron. Please make sure your locations have the things they need for any needed/mandatory maintenance on the rentals.

Bryant BRented the truck, came back in the evening after work and there was a padlock on the cargo space where they left the keys for the truck and I couldn't get back until the next day and lost half my rental time and was forced to pay for a second day. The transmission on the truck needed work. I will be emailing corporate about the additional charges due to being unable to pick up the truck when I said I would after hours.
