The office people weren't to helpful. Sent me outside to get with employee outside. He was extremely busy and was surprised they sent me out here without doing anything or checking me in or making a receipt. It was hot. But the guy was extremely nice and I got him to laugh and he got me to laugh. Great employee!!

Everyone that I met at this location was very friendly and helpful. The folks really go out of their way to make sure that my rental was trouble free, and that the trailer was safely connected to our truck. I won't hesitate to use them again! This was my third time renting this type of trailer, and will use them again if the need arises.

The return process in the app shows a picture of an orange drop box for the keys. I spent a long time looking all over for it. I finally found the small slot on the garage door with a small dark green sign that is not noticeable in the dark.

On-site personnel told us that the gas tank needed to be 3/8 full when returned. (179 miles to empty, when I got into the truck.) I told her I would have at least that much when I returned it. However, I noticed that 5/8 was marked on paperwork. I returned truck with 3/8 to 1/2 tank of fuel. The final invoice charged me for 6 gallons of gasoline. Ploy? Or honest mistake? I don't know.

When I showed up at 8:30 am to pick up the moving truck that I had reserved for a contactless pickup the website stated a truck had not been prepared for me. When I looked inside the business I saw a worker but they did not come to the door and the door was locked. The worked then opened the door 15 minutes later. All this caused me to be 30 minutes late to meeting my movers.

Usually in the past I would but it wasn't well organized and I had to wait an hour for customer service to assist me in my drop off and they wouldn't give my refund even though I checked in my truck online. Both employees in the office were on their phones when assisting me and the woman working ran into a pole 3 times while trying to back out my truck. Also the alignment and gas were off and the mileage wouldn't show up.

The transmission was slipping and truck was dangerous and I got pulled over and the cops thought I stole the U-Haul because it wasn't put in my name. Had to tow the vehicle back to the store. It was a nightmare.

The truck was extremely old and desperately in need of retirement. The steering was loose and it felt dangerous to drive it on the roads and freeways of Tulsa. We called and specifically wanted to rent from the location next to where we were moving to, and they sent us ten miles away to retrieve a truck and had to leave the moving team to go and return to the stated location at the time needed. Very unpleasant experience overall.

Fuel was not at the level noted on the paperwork. It was on empty. I was told that I would receive a discount due to the inconvenience that I had but did not. The lady that was there when I returned the truck had a bit of an attitude. I asked if we could contact the lady that told me about the distance I was told to contact the general manager.

This location is not the most convenient for us. Actually, we have gone to this location as a result of closer locations to us not having the equipment we desired or needed. This is the third time in three years that we have rented a vehicle from U-Haul that we ended up going to locations 15-20 miles from us instead of the ones only 1-2 miles from us. However, we are grateful that the vehicles were available!

Super upset to not get a full refund to cover the costs or temporarily replacing my things while I waited 3 extra days for my box to ship. Very upsetting as I started a new job and needed my clothes in the box. Never talked to the same person twice and was not impressed with the attitude of more than one of the members on the phone as no one knew where my things were. Didn't get a message when the team came back to pick up the box either to give me a heads up to make sure my things were all removed. Super upset with how things ended up working out.

I would have given an excellent rating, but they did not have furniture pads, which I had reserved. It's a little surprising to show up and expect to have pads to protect your furnishings. I was told they had pads for sale just not for rent.

Upgrade your 17 yr old equipment! Truck was in poor maintenance, AC not adequate, dash lights flashing and buzzing intermittently, and pulling to the right on braking. I was on a school trip with students and service took over 2 hours when another truck was a mile away and could have been switched out, making the trip quicker and safer. Improve customer experience when equipment fails

My entire life was stolen from me at this facility by someone who had a key. I had one of Uhaul's worthless locks on my locker and lost everything. Take a close look at your employees. I will tell anyone I come in contact with to avoid ANY Uhaul facility. Not one of your employees, manager included, even said sorry to me for my life being stolen from me at your facility.

Danesha is the reason I would recommend this U-Haul facility to anyone! I witnessed her reach out to a customer to explain a situation for that customer's ex-husband. Most places would have left it to the ex-husband to clear up on his own. She went above and beyond in my opinion. She was also very nice and professional to me when it was turn to be assisted. The unit we rented was adequate to our needs, however it should be noted that the door to the unit is in poor repair and looks to have water damage, which could be an issue as we stored historical records.

The rates kept going up even though I was on autopay. I was paying $110/mo for a 4'x8' unit. I now have one at a new facility for $112/mo that is for a 10'x20' + $2K in insurance coverage on items in unit: for $2/mo I got a unit 6x the size, also temp controlled & with insurance coverage! It was a no brainer to move.

Everyone at this location is very friendly. The lady(sorry I did not get her name) whom I spoke to on the phone was understanding when I had to change my reservation 3 times. Overall, it was a great experience. The process was streamlined and convenient. The ONLY variance was quickly and easily rectified and did not negatively influence my overall experience. The above-referenced variance was a non-working gate access code contained in the move-in documents. I suspect it may simply have been that the access code was not yet entered for the unit in the access management platform, as I arrived about 30 minutes after renting online. Despite being a Sunday afternoon, an employee was readily available on-site and remedied the issue quickly. Everything else was great!

Sarah was extremely helpful and successfully solved all of the computer problems. The uhaul online reservation system is absolute garbage and should be completely different. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. My storage unit was good. I did run into a small issue once and they fixed it quickly. No complaints here. My stuff has been there for a few years and it has been safe and secure. They even went beyond and loaned me a broom once and filled my tire up with air when I was low. Things I needed at that time. I did buy my Uhaul hitch there for my car. It was a good buy. I highly recommend this storage unit.

I'm a new customer. This is my first storage rental. The only complaint that I have is it was difficult to place my lock on my 5/5 door because the latch wasn't lined up. I had to use muscle and I was exhausted after I final lined the holes up to be able to place the lock and lock it. But other than that my experience wasn't bad.

Had to rent truck one (1) extra day because I could not unload my belongings. I was unwilling to settle for a "climate controlled" space that was 88 degrees, humid, etc. I had to search for another facility that was appropriate and true to advertising of "climate controlled." Extra Stress, a different helper, extra miles, gas, etc, VERY DISAPPOINTED in that respect. I was never offered compensation due to facility's inefficiency to produce what was/they advertised!! Truck drove fine. I will not recommend storage at the 1010 S Memorial Drive, Tulsa, OK to anyone.

The staff at 1010 S Memorial drive is amazing! Renting the storage unit was easy, convenient, and well explained. Our storage unit was being used a place to transition our belongings while moving from a new state and into a new house. This facility is very aged and that is very evident. The unit we had was dark and musty. It was broken into twice. Not that we expected the office to be responsible for the belongings but they didn't even seem to care. Just came and took a couple pictures the first time and said you can call the police out to make a report. Well, how about you work on security of your facility and how someone was able to climb over the walls into our unit? The second time we didn't even bother. We got a new bigger unit, for less $$ and fits what I would truly consider climate controlled. I would not recommend anyone I know to use this location. On the 2 occasions I have had to deal directly with the manager, she was pleasant and attentive to my questions and needs. That I will give them.

Two standouts were Tanya, the Manager, and Eddie, the Mechanic. Tanya guided me through the process and explained how things worked when renting a storage space. I'm very pleased with the Manager & Employees. I'm a firm believer in customer service. I was impressed with the care & concerns the staff has shown me upon renting my storage unit.

Swinging doors on unit are a literal pain and metal outside door on floor could use grinding down.

I would have stayed had the prices been in line with other surrounding facility. I moved to a cheaper 10x10.

The weather stripping along the bottom of the unit did not meet with the floor of the unit, so I had a great deal of dirt that had blown into my unit and was all over my things...it was quite a mess.

I was not there when things where cleaned out. But other than that you are A one location. I would recommend your place.

Excellent service with local employees, the system was not correct in that it wanted to change my drop off location. If I'm given a location, keep it!
