The staff who waited on me Sunday April 6 was all excellent and when I initially booked my reservation the guy was excellent. But I had a problem with the transporter belt coming a loose from my car tire . When I called the loop store to report the guy rudely told me to call roadside assistance on Tuesday April 8. The roadside and customer people were all excellent. They made me feel valued and care for as a customer. The lady stayed on the phone with me until help arrived . However the transporter issue delayed my trip by six hours and filled me with fright that might car might come off during the trip as I was told it could happen by the first employee at a uhaul in Jackson Mississippi when it first occurred.

Kelvin was great very professional two thumbs up (10) Bobbi Hughes needs to be retrained with how to interact with customers I'm disabled and my perception of her was inside anger. She gave me different information on how to pay for my rental she also took another customer ahead of me even though I was there first. Now I have rented Uhaul for years and I've never had my photo taken before by one of the Uhaul personnel I was apalled by this with so much identity theft going on I'm very curious to know what was her reasoning for doing this . Now I didn't know all the rules U~Haul has and I was guilty of having a hot empty beer bottle in my rental along with several empty soda bottles food bags candy wrappers I apologize for my actions I wasn't drinking and driving it's just when I finished drinking it there were no trash bins and I didn't want to just throw it out in the grass I wanted to dispose of it properly with all of the other trash I had in the rental. George is a very professional person and knowledgeable of his job people person (10)two thumbs  up

I found nothing wrong or bad with this visit. The man who helped me was friendly, fast, answered my questions efficiently and explained things. I am hearing impaired and he always was facing me so I could see him talking.

The employees at this location in Alabama were great. Very professional, friendly and came through for us in renting us a truck. When in a pinch this is where I will go to first. Thanks U-Haul for hiring a great crew.

The unit I rented was too old and didn’t speed instead the gas performance was bad I spend over $80 just in gas

First off the equipment location was changed from the U-Haul Moving & Storage of Bel Air 200 W I65 Service Rd S Mobile, AL 36608 location with short day of notification. The U-HAUL MOVING & STORAGE AT THE LOOP 2507 GOVERNMENT ST MOBILE, AL 36606 location was farther way from the location I needed to go. Then when I picked up the Teuck I was told that the Truck had more than half a tank of gas when on the way I noticed it was less than half a tank. Also I believe the total bill was much more than the original rental agreement. All in all I was very disappointed with this experience. I would like to have someone contact me to spake about this.

Staff was friendly but the truck stunk of cigarettes. I was stuck driving it for 2 days with that smell. I reported it to the staff immediately but they did not do anything.

I didn't like the fact that I could not get the bigger unit as it is the same price I'm paying now due to not being able to access that unit the hours was not available. That was very inconvenient and my items are stuffed and I will not be able to get into the unit to get anything for me or my kids while in storage.

The access was not available at 6:45pm, despite hours being listed until 10. The office closed a few minutes early, as well, as I was unable to go into the office at 6:50 for help. Staff were friendly.

Kevin is a fantastic manager. He is simply the best at solving problems with a sense of humor and expediency. He's been dealing with the A/C situation at the Government Street (secondary) location and that hasn't been easy. He's made my life very easy with moving and getting stuff done. He needs a raise. The manager, Mr. Pocase was always smiling and seemed to be in a great mood- as were the other clerks but I don’t recall their names The unit was clean and I had no issues with the climate control.

When it comes to relocating... Uhaul is your best option because of the rates and the staff willingness to help. Customer service is above and beyond. Team that worked with me at the government st. location in Mobile, AL. are hard working , reliable and as far as customer service it is above and beyond.

It was ok except the office was short handed so you had to wait in line way over your excepted time, but I have to give it to Ken he did an awesome job working in there by his self with no help.

Re Government street, Mobile AL location. Kevin (mgr?) & Bridgette (?) were the ABSOLUTE BOMB! Though Kevin is my hero. Super, super nice. I've been a customer for close to 7 years. At first I had 2 HUGE units. I'm now down to one. Those 2 were awesome

Spencer and the cashier (I forgot his name) made sure I got what I needed. They delivered true southern hospitality and genuine concern and respect for me and my possessions.

The climate controlled units are in a old strip mall next to the Uhaul store. This area consistently had people coming by loitering and standing by your trailer / truck the entire time you'll be loading / unloading. No one from the Uhaul office seem to monitor this area and definitely do not come over and ask these people to leave the area. If I would have known this would be the situation I would never have stored my things here.

My experience with U-haul this weekend was poor. I was given the run around for their error. My moving experience experience was stressful, and the company managers were not helpful in accommodating my needs due to their errors. I was extremely dissatisfied with their service. I would not recommend this company to any future movers.

The only negative was that the site was almost full and did not have the size unit I needed. I believe the lady that worked with me was named Tiffinay. She was very polite, helpful and professional. I had a very good experience because of her.

Store manager tried to over charge me. I rented a 15 foot uhaul went a total of 9 miles closed out my storage unit. When i got the bill it was for 225$! He tried to charge me for 33 gallons of gas and Refueling fee! I had to call customer service and wait on the phone for 55+ mins. Luckily the customer service was super nice friendly and got my money back. I would not trust this location!

Main issue was I visited storage and I noticed massive rat dropping in my unit. When I unloading stuff I noticed some of my stuff was damp from Rat pee. I wouldn't recommend this location at all
