I made a decision to stay here until I can fully pay for the move , The place I found was more criminal than section 8 allows so I cancelled my move there . Remaining at this unit I'm at already, but I may need the storage unit later when I have a house deposit full amount together. I can come back to U-Haul use this money I have paid for the non yet used storage , with . Plus buy another storage unit with that money you have already and have a little more money applied if I'm short still. But I may need you guys again When I move all my things out of this house soon, Before I put my 30 day notice in again. Pass the inspection , That way they give me my deposit back . Not this time the land lady didn't repair this unit before I rented 12/1/22 the repair happened 5/16/2025 so my move was destroyed by this agency threats to evict because they can not because of me . I won in court that lady was fired the new lady is the same exact way but she does do repairs yes 5/16/2025

Basically you have to check in first with those numbers and then they can get in by punching the numbers in again at the door.

Renee VEverything about my experience was good except for a few billing issues which I'm very unhappy about. Uhaul still owes me $74 and change for the first reservation they made for me knowing fully well that I requested for a storage capacity of two bedrooms items but instead the booking agent booked a the smallest storage capacity. I was latwe upgraded to a size that fits all my items with a promise of month free for the inconvenience caused by uhaul. I finally got to all my items out the storage before my due date of the 24th of December and uhaul was still trying to bill my card which is very unacceptable. That's considered double dipping and that's not a reflection of good customer service or transparency.

ROY HI have been coming to this Location for years and the service is Stellar! Sharon is absolutely Amazing! However, I would caution for whomever is responsible for the trucks; tires need to be more aware. (Especially in Las Vegas 3 digit heat) My husband and I could have been killed as the tires were bald and cracks throughout both tires in the front. However, right away after speaking to Jeremiah he informed us to call roadside assistance who on time but it delayed us for 60 minutes. In 104 plus heat. Jeremiah, took care of us with the rental. God Bless. I will return but it is imperative for the trucks to be inspected. Yes I will return and recommend in the future only because they took care of the emergency expeditiously

As I was waiting in line to return my van rental, she had a really rude and difficult customer. As her customer laid into her, she kept being quite professional and friendly. I was amazed. I couldn't do it. What was even more amazing was that by the end of the customer finishing renting her new storage unit, they were both laughing and the customer left happy. It was quite amazing. It was at the u-Haul at Lake Mead on January 31, 2024 around 3 pm. Someone needs to send her a fat gift basket full of thank you presents and you guys are lucky to have her. She's going to keep doing great things for your brand.

TYRONE B | Premières impressionsI had called Saturday to reserve a spot on Sunday I kept calling the 1-800 number because it would not allow me to fill out the paperwork online that I had got an email to fill out. I stopped at the office on Monday told the young lady that I was renting for a client and she said it was reserved and I received another email. Upon arriving on Tuesday the lady could not find my reservation and even though I told each one of them it was for my client somehow this storage thing is still in my name even though he was there and gave his ID yesterday. U-Haul cost me a extra $150 because the movers have to wait 45 minutes for us to even get done with paperwork to be able to get into the unit. As other customers waited and she had to get other people on the phone line. There is no order in this place they have bad communications and even though I'm showing her all the text and emails in my phone it is not within the computer and you cost me $150 for something that should only took 10 to 15 minutes to do on paperwork. And I'm still trying to figure out why is the unit in my name when he came in please make me understand.

The truck's catalytic converter was stolen before so the replacement makes it sound & drive like garbage!!! The staff are unprofessional (nasty attitude like it's not all their fault) and not very knowledgeable either. One of the worse experiences ever.
Teavian JI am not sure if this survey is relevant to my situation. I did not rent a unit- I bought a storage auction unit. I was told I had until Saturday to remove the items and put down 100 deposit. I took one load out and wa there unpacking when a male employee came and basically stood there over me I asked him if I could help him and he wanted to know if I found anything good, I told him not really he left and about 20 minutes later a female employee comes up to me yelling about the boxes in the hallway and that I need to get everything out today. I explained do had one more day and she was rude and I did not like her attitude. I left a message for the auctioneer and forfeited my deposit and left. I have anxiety and cannot handle people yelling at me. I hope I am not banned from buying at that location again but employees should not talk rudely to people.

They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that everything was in working order and that I had everything I needed. My original reservation was at a different location and they did not have the vehicle I ordered. They got me thst van at this location / but I did not know that until I showed up at the original location. They sent me to this location and I almost did not make it before the store closed. Debi B waited until I got there to Marie sure k was not left without a vehicle. Again you guys have an amazing team so thank you again.

The reason I say that it was the employees is because I am the only person that have the key to the unit. The lock was a UHAUL lock. My TV and some electronics were taken as well as some other items. The unit was always locked and closed. My items are gone and the unit was closed and locked. My conclusion is that they have a key that fit all Uhaul's locks and they skim items from the units. This is not unheard of and is quite common with storage facilities. I will not do any future storage, vehicle or any business with Uhaul. I have told people of this experience and I hope they take their hard earned money elsewhere

I would have happily paid for an extra month to lock in the 10x15 space. The 10x10 space is packed so tight that I have no isle to get to my stuff in the back. It's bad. I wish U-Haul had contacted me weeks in advance about this. I didn't request 10x15 as a joke or a suggestion; I expected to have that 10x15 space ready and waiting for me. I would have chosen a different storage facility if time permitted.
