Always helpful I was with this location for a couple of years. Never experienced any bad customer service and storage was always clean.

I haven't checked in the van from last time and your early. So he how can I say this nicely, he took his sweet ass time doing it. And only took a hand broom and a sweeping broom to clean it. I have a hearing issue and he kinda made me feel embarrassed because he was saying shit under his breath knowing I couldn't hear him. Got the van. Which the outside of the van was covered with polin Brought it back next day early. Same guy told him I wanted a paper receipt. He was huffing because that ment he has to get his big ass off the chair and return it now. So another twenty minutes later. Same brooms swept it once took the miles. Which he rounded , not right I have a pic of the miles when I dropped it off. This guy needs to retire if he is not the owner. Will not go back. Very rude guy. All because he could stay in his chair. And the room smelled like food and he had Burger King sauces on the counter. Not professional

AALIYAH NCustomer Service. At this location, I had a dozen blankets on my order along with a truck and basic dolly. Upon picking up the truck, I was told they had no blankets to give me. Did U-Haul call me inform me that my order could not be filled so that I could make other arrangements? NOOOO. The blankets were taken off my order but how does that assist me in completing my move w/o damaging some items? Simply, it doesn't. I had to go purchase a dozen blankets to ensure my possessions were not damaged. My order was placed several days in advance. In my professional opinion, there is no acceptable reason for U-Haul to not have the blankets ready. Why would your employee at this location not inform a customer that their order could not be filled in it's entirety??? The employee is incompetent in regards to customer service because he made no effort to remedy the situation. He made no effort to make my U-Haul experience what I am used to. Remedial training is what this employee needs in regards to customer service.

EDNA CCabin and storage area were not clean when received. Gas tank was not full so had to guess how much to fill up. Had requested an appliance dolly and furniture pads when booking but they were not available at the location and no one let us know until we went to pick up. Trucks steering was sloppy making maintaining lanes difficult.

The 1st day I needed to get in the storage, I couldn't. I thought that was the purpose of the access card which I had but the rep didn't tell me there was an additional charge for extra hours. Also the late fees. Most late fees occur after 30 days. Uhaul charges them EVERY 15 days. People are already struggling and you nickel and dime them with fees.

Michael M | Expérience généraleI fell behind on payments regularly and I get that's on me, not the facility, but every single time I did, I'd come in two weeks later and there was still a lock on my unit. The most recent incident being when I paid halfway through the month, came in the day before my due date, and there was still a lock on my unit. So I couldn't get moved out if I had wanted to (which I did because of this issue here exactly). The guy who helped me was nonchalant about it like I was bothering him to get the lock off my unit and it took two weeks for the manager to respond to my issues. She ended up giving me the month free starting the day she reached out to me, but she has been hard to reach the entire time I've been here with this U-Haul. The last time this had happened, not a single person was in the office for over 30 minutes and the manager wasn't answering calls to the number on her card in the office. You would think they'd have a checklist every day to insure all units that had been paid were accessible to their renters. Overall I would absolutely not recommend if you want guaranteed access to your belongings while you're caught up on payments.

Then when I got back to Florida where I reserved a storage unit on January 30th, it was NOT available and the clerk couldn't find it on his computer even though I had a copy on my phone that UHAUL sent to me to verify it. I had to go to another Uhaul storage unit to unload. And I couldn't drop off the truck at the location where I have storage. Everything from the beginning was screwed up and caused me time and piney when the movers came to unload the truck. Uhaul is horrible. And I will post it on FB for everyone to know how terrible and unorganized Uhaul is. I will NEVER use Uhaul again.

Also there are pipes and locks that come into that area too when you're trying to move pallets so its even worse. So it might be fine for residential items but pallets are pretty much a No go. Office always very helpful and friendly.

My unit was empty with the exception of a chest drawer, all other personal and valuable items was removed. I ask the owner where was my husband belongings and he wasn't able to explain what happen to missing items from the date August 10th of last payment received up until Sept 6th when I took over unit contract. I know they have cameras to verify who/when other belonging disappeared. I filed a police report because this action is unacceptable. It appears my items was stolen at this storage without any explanation or backup cameras to identify I'm TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED and will never use or recommend this UHaul Storage location to ANYONE!

When I called to make the reservation months in advance, I spoke with some uHaul representative and explained to them what I have for furniture and they guaranteed the unit they were setting me up with would fit all of my stuff, well yesterday when I went to move in, we checked in and then drove back to the unit just to find there was NO WAY my stuff was fitting in there. I'm not even convinced that the unit was actually the dimensions we were given. Again, pretty disappointing and then they had no extra available units so I had to come up with a completely different plan and ended up not even using uHaul storage at all.

I get it, people aren't always a great driver. But to say that while he's trying to park a 26 foot truck in such a small gated facility. I mean, it's completely disrespectful. Of course, the rep apologized when i realized i was in the office when he said it. But still... you're trying to run a business and literally call someone out who is paying you on their parking skills. It's a little outrageous. It's like me calling someone an a-hole in front of their wife for not putting the shopping cart in its proper place on the parking lot once you're done using it. You just don't do it. I'd still suggest going to uhaul, just not the one i was renting out of.
