George V | Premières impressionsThe Ubox wouldn't close. Please make sure to make the customer aware if this. It was because of the uneveness if the ground. I did call and you did come to fix it, but it woul d have been good to know ahead of time.
Sally MThe initial price of 1999 or 2099 is not true because you charged for mileage two weeks ago I rented a truck bigger the next size up from 10 feet. It cost me $87. I just rented the smaller truck on Saturday and I paid 150 for the rental so you guys deceive people all the time about what it's gonna cost. I couldn't imagine if I hired two people from your shop to help me move and how much money that would've cost me so that's all I probably will not ever come to U-Haul again and I know other ones do it to you but if I can find somebody with their own trailer to bring it back-and-forth or so far I'll do thatemployees were great but you cost after 1999 is not right. You should put 1999+ mileage on your trucks for everybody knows that it's really not 1999.

He quickly responded to my call and had to eliminate the card and enter a pin code that I chose. Other than that everything went well. Thanks
Roy Y | Premières impressionsWell…the truck's transmission could probably benefit from a servicing. It had difficulty engaging in reverse. Upon returning after hours, the app would not connect to my phone's camera. I had to text my picture back. Not having the equipment checked out by a human, was a bit uncomfortable. But in the end, it all worked out.
JEFFERY SRented a truck from this location last year that had damage before I rented it. When I returned, they insisted on charging me for the damage. They said they had security camera footage they could review from when it was turned in before me but they refused to let me see it and never returned my calls when I asked to speak with the manager about reviewing the footage. I believe they rent the same damaged truck over and over and hope no one notices the damage so they can repeatedly charge for it. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.

My presence was not even acknowledged. Additionally, U-Haul app experience was terrible. Kept freezing up and had to close and reopen several times.
Dennis WPerhaps having another person on staff. Pick up was easy, but I waited a long time to return (over 20 minutes) because the only person on staff (he was excellent, by the way) was occupied with another customer.

I was told I would be getting a "great deal" because I had to add 3+ hours of driving to my move because the location i reserved wasn't available. "It would normally cost me close to $250". The total charges came out to $238. I spent twice that in gas, so I basically paid extra to drive further when all was said and done.
BRINNA DThere was nothing to say that would of made the experience better. Both of the gentlemen that I encountered picking up the trailer and returning it were very affable and polite! It was nice to experience professional behavior. I think Mike was the person ( had a grey beard) who assisted me picking up & Carlos upon the return. I would recommend this location to others because of the experience I had there.

HUGO PI had made a reservation to pick up my trailer in Santa Fe. I had a confirmation and a guaranteed reservation. Unfortunately, I ended up having to go all the way to Bernalillo to pick up my trailer. No discount in price. And I had to ask several times to adjust my pick up and return date because driving to Bernalillo takes a whole lot longer than driving around the corner. They did let me pick it up a day early and return it On the original day. But first Carlos said yeah it's only $20 for an extra day. Rather than offer to better coordinate with my schedule. The young man at the counter was very accommodating, knowledgeable, Pleasant and efficient.
Susan DJen called the day before our storage date to set up our check-in for us. Johnathan and Micha were very accommodating when we had to show up an hour early. All of our Uboxes were placed in a convenient place so that we could unload the contents into our storage unit. The storage unit was easy to access and very secure. We are very pleased to be renting a unit at this facility!

He was definitely a pleasure to deal with over the phone and his level of professionalism was a far contrast from my previous experience with the Rio Rancho U-Haul locations. On the day of my scheduled reservation, I had the opportunity to meet Jonathan and observed that Jonathan had gone above and beyond to acquire a truck and motorcycle trailer that was satisfactory to my needs. He was friendly, extremely helpful and courteous. Jonathan is an obvious asset to the U-Haul company and I will definitely utilize services from the BERNALILLO, New Mexico U-Hail location in the future.

Judy L | Premières impressionsI originally reserved a trailer on the East side of Albuquerque. I got an email about 6 pm the night before that me reservation had been "updated". This notification changed the pick up location and pushed my time back by two hours. This would not work for me. So I called the U Haul in Bernalillo and they graciously cancelled my other reservation and I pick up a trailer from them.

John KThe drop off was the issue. I didn't know the original drop off was another few miles down the road. I was confused on if I was going to get charged for dropping it off at the wrong location. Also the location I found, I was able to drop the truck off after hours.

Cheyenne R | Premières impressionsThe container locking feature (hasp) is mounted with Phillips screw heads facing out. That defeats putting a lock on the container. You can just undo the screws to open it. Jen and Micah did a wonderful job placing the containers and picking them up.
David GI'm moving my belongings for the 4th time in 8yrs, and I always seek a unit with Uhaul if at all possible. This Bernalillo location is my 3rd Uhaul rental. The facility is spectacular & Jonathan (owner/manager) is incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. I've always had a terrific experience at every Uhaul storage facility, but Jonathan is at the very top of the list.
