Truck given to me with only a quarter tank of gas for a long distance pick up and return. I added gas and returned with 1/2 a tank more in gas that when I started. No refund. For someone on a budget very difficult! Cost me 80 dollars in gas. Very disappointed customer service horrible.

Lori is burnt out and very rude. Read their reviews as she is mentioned often. Place is run down and in a rough area as well. Don't rent here!

I scheduled a 5x8 trailer and when I drove it over 15mph, the left wheel bounced and acted as if it was going over big rocks. I went back immediately, then I was told they did not find anything, with out testing it. Then they stated they didn't have another, of the same size, and since I needed one, they made me pay more for a bigger trailer. The issue was not my fault the trailer had issues and I needed a trailer now. I feel, since I've been going here for so long, they should have ate the addional amount, since I really didn't need one that big. Other than that all else was great.

Picked the 5x8 open trailer up around noon.. rented for 24hrs.. only needed for like 6ish hours. Dropped it off at 6:59pm.. get my final receipt next day..what should have been a $20 dollar rental turned into a $40 dollar rental..charged us $20 after hours fee..oh and if you don't have a smart phone or phone you can't even rent a trailer..never again.

Brandon the manager is always literally exceptional. From the first time we met until every meeting after he has always went above and beyond. He's just a genuinely nice guy. Good hearted! My experience has exceeded my expectations!

The super nice guys who got me attached to my trailer and troubleshooted my issues with the lights not completely turning on were great. It was incredibly hot outside and they were working with a smile! Thank you also for making it easy to extend the rental.

Upon returning my vehicle to this facility they noted the gas level at a lower level than was actually in the tank and charged me an extra $37 falsely. Being lied to and stolen from is not a good business model I will never use U-Haul again.

U-Haul motorcycle trailers are the best. The price and durability are superb. On my last rental I put over 3700 miles over twelve days on it without any problems.

Truck needs to be serviced

The UHaul Agents behind the desk were admirable and helped with any concerns or queries. I rented 2 different 10' Trucks for my "local" move over to Port Orange, from DB. The first Truck was cleaner but had a frayed side-seat cover on Driver's side that was not noted as damaged by U-Haul. I was supposed to have noted it, but luckily not found responsible for damages. Second Truck had a filthy windshield, that should have been cleaned and I had received a Transaction Receipt stating a charge for "Wrong Drop-Off" of $155? I will def need to look into that, as I have yet to return the Truck within the allotted 24 hr. So, what gives…?

Good Morning,  I'm writing because I'm VERY UPSET with the charges that were placed on my invoice!!! 1. An after hours charge. I admit that I didn't read ALL the fine print, however, my family and I been dealing with uhaul for YEARS!!! My last truck rental a few months ago, I returned the rental after hours, and I wasn't charged a $20 fee. So I never imagined there would be a charge for this, or I would have waited and returned the van during the hours that the store was opened.  2. I was charged for fuel!!! Before I left the store they told me the van was FULL. When I looked at the gas gage, it appeared half full, so I questioned it. But I was assured that it was full!!! I went on because I felt I was covered because I uploaded photos on the app BEFORE I left. Prior to returning the van, I stopped and put gas in the van, I pumped until the pump automatically stopped. To me that was full, but again, the gage was at half full, so when I dropped it off, I took pictures showing the gage in the same place as when I left the store.  There are THREE (3) ways the fuel issue can be resolved! 1. Review the pictures before and after.  2. Common sense should let us know that if I only drove 37 miles, I should not have used a half tank of fuel.  3. Check to see if the fuel gage is defective.  I really would appreciate someone THROUGHLY looking into this. I pay for what I use and purchase, however, I don't appreciate being charged for services THAT I DID NOT GET OR USE!!! Someone changed the reservation pick up location and time. When I arrived they still did not have the trailer I reserved. Ultimately they gave me a different trailer, but it did not have a ramp which made loading and unloading very difficult and dangerous.

I always rent trailers from this location. Staff is friendly and very helpful. There is plenty of stock on hand and if I have an issue with a trailer I can bring it back and exchange it.

The personnel that connected the trailer to my hitch did not connect the emergency brake cable correctly. The employee put the hook around the spring loaded keeper of one of the tow cable hooks rather than to my truck frame, a setup for a disaster. I was in a bit of a hurry so I connected it to the safety chain loop on the hitch myself. I been towing for years and know what to look for when I set up a trailer. I usually don't question the U Haul employees because they are who I ask for advice, glad I did a thorough check before driving away. A less experienced person may not have noticed and trusted "the experts".

You will never get another dollar again from me. I've spent thousands of dollars with U-Haul over the years and you're rude uncaring don't give a shit about your customer attitude. I reserve a trailer for a week ahead of time put a deposit on it and then nine hours before I'm supposed to pick it up you want me to go two hours south to pick up the trailer when I'm going north And the woman I spoke with from U-Haul. Tampa could give two shits and she was more than happy to cancel my order and not help me at all. I bought a house in Florida. I'm going to be going back down and guess what Hertz Penske it is. I hope that you fucking choke on that last money you got for me because you'll never get another dime.

I was charged a after hours fee of 20$ but my drop off time was 11pm I returned the trailer at 10:30pm and I wasn’t notified befor agreement from employee that i would be charged that knowing she knew it was after hours I demand to be reimbursed for failure on you’re employees part

I've been a U-Haul customer for years. They've always served me well.

We pulled in to drop the trailer and the place wasn't clearly marked for an entrance. A big building with many doors but no markings. We started to unhook when a guy said don't drop it there. My wife asked where and he said around the corner. She asked for clarification and the guy rolled his eyes and marched to show her. Mind you these trailers can be moved by hand which is what the excellent guy in Daytona did. This guy was just an asshole like we were disrupting his lunch. We couldn't get away fast enough.

I rented 5×8 trailer, piece of inside trim laying on floor, I reattached. Ciip on hitch was hanging by one rivet of four, I reattached before leaving on trip to N.Y. I did not mind doing this, but should have been done at pickup center. Tires were new, I appreciated that.

I love ❤️ my space and the location. And love how it's so secured. When you have to have a card to enter . I was referred the very FRIST time with courtesy complementary from U-Haul during the hurricane Milton. They were so friendly and helpful. With my other storage closed due to the hurricane very early . And I rented a U-Haul van . And I had to keep your ba. Over nite . But your U-Haul company SAVE ME . And I will NEVER . Forget that . And will very much do use you guys again. . If I have to . Without a doubt. Take care and keep up The great work !! 

As a longtime and frequent UHaul customer in multiple locations across the US, the Daytona Beach facility on Intl Speedway Blvd has one of the friendliest and most efficient staffs ever. I also must give Jennifer big props as she is very customer service oriented and knowledgable regarding all aspects of the rental process, and a real asset to the company.

The parking is a nightmare, about 5 spaces for customers. Facility is old/outdated, needs painted, cleaned, no lights in unit working, very bad musty smell, ceiling in unit damaged from rain, looks like it would fall in.

This is a joke. The light is out on the ceiling, floor dirty, dead bugs all over.I had to ask to have it swept out, they acted as if I had 4 heads ! NO PLACE TO PARK !! THEY NEED a complete do over,remodel,etc. A few employees were pleasant, the rest were jerks.

Lied about 24 hr access, and cost us money for a hotel due to our condo not allowing us to have a trailer on the property, so we had to get a hotel to park the uhaul trailer cause we couldn’t unload into your storage unit.

Easy process, affordable unit pricing with insurance for belongings available. Moving our stuff to storage was a simple process, although I wish Uhaul had more storage units at our Location Daytona Beach. It was a challenge to fit into the only unit left! Tetris masters, fit things in like puzzle pieces! Overall I can not complain.

I was given the truck 24 miles to go for empty. I returned it with more gas than I picked it up with. I was still charged an additional $30 for fuel. Even though I had already spent $30 on fuel. I was never given any copies of the paperwork, I had to ask. I find this to be very wrong. They said they gave me a $30 fuel credit to begin with, which I see see, but it is not reflected in the original bill or anywhere. Never again with uhaul unless I feel getting ripped off again.

The gas mileage on the rental truck was wrong, I told them before I left and they said just use the app, I'm busy. Today they charged my bank account for November payment which over draft my account. Obviously I should not have been charged since this very survey says I left. I'm beyond unhappy and would like corporate to contact me.

When I called the facility to find out if I would be charged if I couldn't unload my Ubox on the specified date, the agent didn't know. I was able to change the unload date twice and was not charged.

I didn't go to the u-haul facility, everything was handled by phone, I had a U-Box not a moving truck, we packed it and U-haul shipped it. Few miscommunications but was able to resolve issues quickly.

The only concern I had was with a ubox shipment. I had two uboxes shipped from ca to Fl. When the uboxes arrived in Fl only one could be verified as being on site. I had to wait six days before both
