When I changed my credit card and informed the staff, I paid the normal amount after alerting the staff and it was never was never enrolled in the monthly payment. And I was subsequently locked out of my storage unit twice. Then when downsizing to a smaller unit as I cleaned it out slowly, the billing was never clear. These are not negative views, just true critiques offered.

ROMICA JI put above average because they said my first month would be free but they charge my account anyway. Other than I would have rated you excellent. The online was easy. I spoke to an agent and he was polite and, when I went to the facility the young lady was very nice and polite. You have a very good crew. I hope you treat them well because good workers are hard to find.

I don't mind doing the work if U-Haul drop their prices by 40 %. Have you dropped your prices by 40 % lately? No, I did not think so. So, in the future, please do the job you are paid to do yourself (i.e hire the necessary number of employees to staff your retail location). Merci.

It's new it's well maintained it's clean they have plenty of storage , parking lot is huge with plenty of trucks to rent , trailers, and car transports as well and the staff is fast with great customer service, other than giving stuff out for free what more could you ask for...

JEFFREY WBoth Brian and Mason were so helpful with the pick-up and drop-off process. I had a lot of questions because the mobile process is tedious and I got "stuck" in the approval window for over 15 minutes. They were super patient and kind. I've only rented a moving van one other time in my life and it can be so intimidating. Please let them know that I appreciate everything they did to make the experience as smooth as possible! Merci.
Rebecca OThe phone app system for picking up is awful. The manager basically had to do it anyway from his computer. And the phone app didn't even work for the dropping off part. So I just left the keys in drop box and hoped for the best.

DESIREE AI was told to have the small trailer back in 24 hours when picking up. The young lady said they were lenient if I returned the trailer 1 hr.later. As we were rushing back to get the trailer on time, we hit major traffic (accident) Ironically as we were driving i received a call from the store asking me where we were! Never did we receive a pre pickup call confirming pickup. I let the gentlemen know I was told about the 1 hr leniency which he didn't care to hear. My wife and I were rushing home from taking my sons belongings from college. This person didn't care. I made it exactly 5,58pm on time would have been 4:57. Technically I didn't get out of there till.past 6 since anyway since the young lady cut herself, so I finished the hook up. I live around the corner and would never recommend this place due to being charged double. I could have Technically kept the trailer another day. I.just want haul to do the right thing. It's not about money but principal.

Joshua BWe rent here a lot and the new customer service rep who told us "well I'm back" made us use the app only with no assistance to rent the vehicle. It took 45 minutes just to get it working. This was a terrible experience
RICHARD JWe dealt with two men - one for drop off and one for return. Both were rude did not have any good people skills. We thought maybe the first one was just having a bad day. Not willing to help and seemed annoyed at everything. When we had a different helper the second day who was also rude, we realized that the employees need some training in dealing with the public. Not one smile and terrible attitude from both. Would not go back to this location. The equipment was fine, though.

James DIf the call center knows that you are running behind please tell them to notify the pick up center because it was not relayed and I was called and told that if I wasn't there in 15 minutes I would lose my reservation

DONALD K | Déménagement en ligneWhen I walked in the store there was no one in it to help me so I patiently waited for around 20 minites before I decided to walk around outside and look for someone sure enough I found the one person working there attending to a returned vehicle every other storage facility I have been to there was usually 2 people on site. I was looking for a unit close to the front door but was told those where not available until the ones that where much further away where rented out I wound up renting one that was all the way on the other side of the building also I was not allowed to look inside a unit until I rented it which didn't make sense to me because the first one didn't go straight in it went to the right which I did not want so had to go back in office and wait for the one person to help other people first then the next unit had a beam in it and I did not want that one either it took me about 1 hour to rent a unit which was ridicules because I was there first thing in the morning but had to do a lot of waiting around which was not why I went ther early. I was also looking to rent a parking spot for my RV but was told I was not able to with no real reason why when the parking lot looked ready to go with only one other trailer parked in it so not happy with my experiance at this NEW facility that's why I only stayed for 3 weeks until I found a better place for me my belongings and my RV this is why I will not recommend this location to family and friend's.
