I was so difficult to drop off by the website,as I was taking the pictures to show that the truck 🚛 was clean and in the same conditions as received..it was over a hour and I couldn't finish properly because it was giving me errors

I didn't like it because I delivered the equipment at 2:17 and they said that I returned the equipment at 6 in the afternoon increasing the cost of what I used and the equipment was delivered before the time it should

Muy mala experiencia tuve fue mi primera vez y creo que la última, las personas que trabajan en esa ubicación no tienen mucho carisma aparte me llamaban como si yo me iba a quedar con el camión y supuestamente se alquila por millas no por horas., la verdad tuve muy mala experiencia no me gustó el servicio

There is a difference in the value withdrawn from my card for the final bill and this is not the first time that money is deducted with a value greater than the final bill Please check your system

They so unprofessional they had my credit card on file and they could’ve charged it but instead they reported their truck stolen and they expect me to pay almost $2500 to release the truck, worst experience ever, absolutely don’t recommend it to anyone

No need. Young gentleman and young female that work there were great. More than helpful and great customer service. Definitely will be renting from this location from now on.

Even though the fault is 50/50 I was not pleased by having a broken AutoTransport. I lost a job slot to tow a car due to this issue, Waited for 2 hours for Road Side assistance and still needed to wait another hour. Request was sent at 11:50 and at 2:00 Pm they were still 60-70 minutes to arrive. Store personal were friendly and they tried to help me out, they treated me with respect but this inconvenience cost me time and money.

Good evening I picked up a rental on Monday, March 10th at the Market street location in Paterson. The service I received from Diana was exceptional, she was very helpful and patient. She guided me through the u-haul app and completed the rental process. Thank you again.

Overall a very courteous and professional facility. All the agents we dealt with were helpful and competent. Roberto V. went out his way to expedite everything and took the time to explain what we needed to know about our hitch installation. Will use this facility again and recommend it to our others.

Customer service was horrible. I will never recommend U-Haul to my family or friends. the person that took care of me inside the location in Paterson was disrespectful and ignorant to common courtesy. She could have handle things a lot better. Respecting and valuing your customers is very important and any employee that can't do that should be replaced.

Have a sales person inside all the time because the gentleman that help me he seems to be doing everything from the counter to going outside and show you the equipment you are renting

Recibí el camión lleno de nieve y lo limpié sin problema, escogí el servicio de después de utilizar el camión dejarlo en la sede de cordero me cobraron todo incluido 188 dólares, utilice el camión solo 5 horas y lo entregué en la sede de cordero limpio y con gas, hice todo correctamente y en corderos me cobraron 103 dólares de mas y no me responde por mi dinero volví con la sede de la market que fue con quien hice el contrato y tampoco me responden. He perdido mi dinero.No vengas aquí no les importa

The workers were moving like they didn't wanna work. One of them look high the other one look like she just got out of bed. There was very poor energy in there.

I was charged 30 miles when I drove to my home which was 0,4 miles away. They basically upcharg3d me 38 bucks. Never again. Really disappointed. Not to mention the person on the phone said I put online for 30 miles. I did not it wasn't even an option.

I ordered on line two trolleys and I got to placed they did not have any. Then they tried to call other places and they didn't have any too. I was very upset because I need the trolleys I had to end up buy one.
