The location is a little hard to find, but this is because the Rockville City government will not let the company put up any signs directing customers to their location behind an office building in a commercial area. This anti-business mindset is typical of Montgomery County and the reason why I was renting a trailer...to flee Montgomery County for North Carolina!
Glenn NI found trash in the back of the driver's seat and a soda bottle in the glove compartment. In addition, the truck I received was/is an obsolete vehicle. The rental truck did not have power windows, power side mirrors nor heated. I was caught in a hailstorm in VA and a thunderstorm in NC and the windshield wipers did not work properly. I had to pull over and wait out the storms. I strongly recommend you do not rent out this truck. It is a safety issue. Overall, the originating facility was/is excellent. Outstanding customer service. Oustanding professionalism on the part of the agent who assisted me. He is definitely an asset to your organization and you should look into promoting him to management because someone with such customer service skills should be able to teach others.

LAKSHMINARAYANAN SThe King Farm location is tucked into the back of a large office building on a side road and lacks any major signage from the road. Once there, however, the store was clean and uncrowded and the employees were helpful.

Very bad customer service because you don't give option for customer to communicate. If you hate customer so much don't do business.

DENNIS WI came after hours so I'm not sure what the inside looked like but the setup was confusing. It took me a while to find the key return. Also the specific truck needs maintenance. There is a whirling scraping sound that happens while driving and becomes faster when the truck goes faster. The check engine light comes on and off and it stopped 4 times while I was idle at various traffic lights.

John JOnly minus: a friend who I recommended was unable to get a 26' truck--he did the reservation for Piccard Drive but was sent to another location last-minute. If the equipment is not available that should be noted. (Though maybe there was a last-minute vehicle breakdown.)

KAREN AI have used the app to pick up or return trucks at a couple of locations and it is quite frustrating because it drops often and one has to sign in again and again. In the end, one checks out without fully completing all the steps or uploading all the necessary photos.

KATRINA SIf you are close enough to the Piccard location it is the best in this area because it has plenty of parking to leave your car till you come back (not sure how long but a day parking is not an issue). The staff is accommodating.
