LINDSEY G | Premières impressionsThe new U -box design is much better than the old plywood boxes that always seemed to be falling apart and had orange covers that were difficult to seal up from rain. Please get rid of all the orange boxes and switch over to these new ones, they are much better and more like what your competitors are using.
Franklin KI been order UhAul for years before and I was never charge under debit card for 100$ to hold. It was unexpected. I wish they can treat credit card as debit card with no charge of 100.

David S | Premières impressionsThe box arrived one day late, that was not a big deal, but the box was not picked up after I emptied it till one day after the monthly rent ran out and I was charged an additional $100 in monthly rent. Hopefully this was not done on purpose.
