The Sunday hours were very difficult. We were traveling from over 400 miles away and stressed all day about getting there by 6. In a day when many people move in I'm sure later hours would be helpful.

ELMO RI have Spinal Stenosis with multiple complications. U-Haul was given (and agreed to) very specific instructions for delivering the box to my humongous senior living facility. I did not receive a call asking to meet them and show them where to park the box. I can only walk a very short distance. The Box was dropped off a full city block from my entrance with no attempt to call. As a result I fell, busted my left knee up, and had to go to the ER. Prior to this incident I have always been happy with U-Haul, but I will never use your services again or recommend you to anyone else.

However the area was not accessible to the driver. The third day was delayed due to rain. As a single women relying on others to help this created major problems for me. I scheduled around my available help. Would be hesitant to refer to another customer.

NADER FI love this U-Haul location, and I have dealt with many! I first dealt with Daniel as the manager, and he was amazing and always professional and helpful. There is now a new manager, and I have had the pleasure of speaking with him also and find him to be just as good as Daniel. Daniel holds a different position at this location now, so he is still there and it's great to interact with him when we can. All of the other employees are usually good and helpful also. I do also have a storage space at this location and have never had a problem or issue. When given the choice this location is my go-to!!!

You guys are trying to get anothet $2,8 from me for no reason,ii said I needed van for two hours and had ot back wothin a hour , same gas in it not understanding why you charging another $2,8 when u already got the $ that I owed u ! Will never rent from you again , and this was my first time renting from you not a very good impression from customer service mainly sisan ,but Richard at Medford store was amazing !

The loading/unloading area always had broken pieces of objects and random screws/nails. The unit prices are on the higher side compared to other facilities. Staff is starting to improve. Older staff were not friendly, and were very creepy.

PETER PI will always be in this store and what happened today has never happened to me before. I go in as always to drop off the trailer I had rented and there is a guy and I tell him that I was going to drop off the trailer and they tell me that I came to drop off the trailer and he comes out in a bad mood and tells me to turn on the heat lights and I tell him what and he comes back and tells me that the heat lights are ok pass and then he had paid cash I come to the entrance and he tells me get out of here and I tell him I have to pick up my money when we go in he hits some boxes and tells me with a bad attitude what was my name I give him my name and he was giving me a bad attitude and I come and ask him look you're having a bad day you don't have to be like that with me and I tell him that he was talking to me the way he wanted and then I ask him if he's treating me like that because I'm Hispanic and if I can speak to the manager and he gets out of his jacket and tells me that he's the manager but it's like you can't do anything here and I ask him what's your name he said maky and I told him that was no way to treat me. He gave me the deposit and threw away the box where they put the money and with a bad attitude

Richard RI always book my trucks through the mobile app.... once I go in to pick up the truck the same guy always take my card and want to rebook the truck while doing so the he over estimates the mileage and does not offset the price once the equipment is returned...I am a frequent renter and do overnight returns but feel like i am always getting ripped off at this location.... frequent renter
MADALYN LI Had Reservation # 1152606 confirmed for 8 am at your Sills Road location. I arrived at 750 am ( was going 5 hours to pick up a car in Pa and 5 hours back) the store did not open as scheduled. At 830 I called the Horseblock Road location, they were open and had what I needed . I shared this information with the other 7 customers who were now lined up at the Sills road location. We all left and the crew at the Horseblock Road location, literally saved the day for all of us. As I was signing out at the Horseblock Road location, the manager of Sills location called , apologized for his no show employee, and would I still need a rental. I told him to cancel it and where I was getting one instead. I will use the Horseblock road location next time , they were friendly and got everyone helped that came over from the Sills road location.

Also The space I was assigned was incredibly inconvenient to reach for me and I walked past many vacant spaces same size to reach mine on the second floor opposite the elevator through a maze. My main issue was the size was not at all what I expected from the online description. It was very deceptive with how you included the height and I thought that was the width so ended up stacking my belongings like a game of jenga. Will never come back or recommend this facility. You should address the issues on your website description of the storage spaces.

Kathryn D | Expérience généraleThe facility was not secure. There were multiple times some guy was sitting by the entrance in a car doing drugs, using the restroom, and lighting fireworks. After I notified the staff they said they would handle it but I saw this individual multiple times after. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my truck and unit knowing someone could just walk in and or come and go as they please. I'm pretty sure this guy didn't even have a unit. It was very frustrating. I also experienced a few staff members who had very poor customer service. Two who weren't welcoming at the desk, one who approached me in the hall saying "Hey!!" To get my attention, it just wasn't the best. It was also $100 more than the new unit I chose for less space and less professionalism.

We were very good customers always paid on time we knew in January we were going to be late the manager gave us till the 27th then licked us out a few days later when confronted he was rude and lied about not having the conversation. I've never used a storage facility that did this .

It was a clear winner. Dan, was helpful and reassured me of the safety, cleanliness, & orderly manner of which the facility and company likes to maintain their units and building. I wish I had come here first instead of spending more money for a tremendously poor quality unit elsewhere.

I can't say everything has been as smooth as I'd like, but I am very happy with how pleasant the staff have been and impressed by their willingness to help correct all the issues. Should I ever need services such as these again, I would definitely return to this facility.

I used them in the past and was pleased to see that they now have indoor climate controlled storage units for rent. It's really convenient to be able rent trucks, purchase moving supplies, and rent storage space all in one spot. The bonus is also using a brand new facility. I know that our items in the unit will remain clean, safe, and secure. This is one of the best uhaul facilities on Long Island!
