BENOIT RI've rented from Uhaul (this location) a few times, different vehicles. The team goes above and beyond in terms of giving the best price and the most appropriate vehicle. This time they ensured I had a new vehicle for a longer trip and made extra effort to get me the best price. From walking in the door to dropping off the vehicle - absolutely stellar experience. Hard to improve on such great service!

COLIN JThe agent was miserable and barely looked at us she seemed pissed off we interrupted her lunch. I was charged over 80$ for a pickup truck to make one trip and back which took about 1 hour.
SARAH REverything went perfect. Only things, there was only 11 furniture pads instead of 12 (rental) and there was a bit of water in the front part of the loading cabin. Personnel was professional at the pick up time as well as the drop off time. Santé!

HEATHER LIt should be made more clear to customers of rate changes on mileage :It's no fault of staff, I rent so often they probably assume I pay attention . Overall will rent again but will pay more attention to rates as they are becoming ridiculous and making the rental unmanageable.

Jennifer CThe service was very good. The young man behind the counter was very helpful and I was on my way quickly. If I had one critisism it would be that the vehicle had ice and snow on it. There was no brush/scraper in the vehicle, or offered to clean it off and be on my way. Otherwise my experience was great.

BRADLEY DThey gave me their "estimated charges" and then a month later they just took more money .. it ended up being super expensive and the additional charges they took from me were 3 times the original estimated amount.. If you need to move, I would not use uhaul.. probably never use them again..

KARLA LAs a truck driver I would recommend that particular truck not go on the highway. Terribly out of line with vibration and trans slipping. But clean and did excellent job.

TODD LI drove 18 miles and had to put 30$ in the gas tank, I guest being honest is costly. You need to figure out a better way of verifying that guests fill up.

ANDREW JThe girl working the front desk taking reservations is not very nice. She doesn't provide very much information, and comes across as though she would rather be anywhere other than at work. The other workers were very helpful and nice when I returned the unit, though.
AMANDA JWas forced to bring back rental to moncton although I asked to be a pne way rental from Moncton to Caraquet. You guys need to have better customer service. Cost me an extra 130$ in gas plus 5 hrs of my time because of your lousy customer service

GERALD NI received a text while booking asking if I wanted to be contacted. I said yes and received no call. The app crashes and if frustrating to navigate. Online booking was good after that.

For me to even write this, let alone tell a friend is testimony to how awesome this guy is. Well done and thank you Martin ! Ps forgot about the guy at Mountian road location. He's just as great. He works the morning / day shift. He's so fast and thorough. I wish I had his name!

GHYSLAIN MStaff was not welcoming , just dry, and felt like she was being disturbed with me being there during pick up and drop off the truck...truck worked well, although engine light was on ( I was not told about that upon pickup). Everyhing went well, but mediocre experience in comparison to past experiences.
