DALE HInstall was not done correctly and when it was brought back even though it was checked, the turn signals did not work for most if our 15 hour trip, and the store at our arrival destination has to fix most of the install since it was done incorrectly. And the trailer we booked months ahead was not delivered so we had a larger one which cause our stuff to shift around more than necessary throughout the trip.

stanley kIt would be helpful if they showed you how features on the truck like cruise control worked. Also they need some education in the trucks as they told me the clearance was 10 feet in the 26 foot truck…. I saw that the clearance was 12 feet .

ROBIN AThis truck was sufficient for my local use, but would have been annoying for a longer trip. It had 135K miles, the cab was noisy because weather strips were worn and the rubber on the windshield wiper was loose making the wiper noisy.

LESLIE YI originally reserved a 10ft truck but my husband pointed out that there was no ramp and we were moving something that we definitely needed a ramp for… my fault I should have paid attention. I do believe the gentleman working was named Noah. He has excellent customer service skills. He didn't bat an eye but quickly got to work finding just what we needed. He was kind courteous and very helpful I manage a doggie daycare and wish I could find n employee just like him. Thanks
