Steven SVery nice facility. Clean and secure. Rent was reasonable and never went up while I stored there. My only issue was getting in and out from the main road can sometimes be inconvenient. Depending on the time of day and the direction you're going. Especially since the left turn in heading north was removed. Not U-Haul's fault. Again, it's hard to beat the price for climate controlled storage.

Joe EThe Palmetto Florida U-Haul experience was great except for one detail. I did a military PPM/DITY move and needed weight tickets. They provided me the empty weight ticket and assured me they would get the full weight ticket to me before the containers left. They didn't get them for me, and pawned it off on the receiving UHaul facility. I almost wasn't able to get them, but the delivery driver was kind enough to go get them for me before she dropped them off. There needs to be a better system for military moves and providing the weight tickets. I selected that it was a military move and would need the weight tickets on the U-Haul website but had to call and ask about them several times. If the system is updated and fixed I would use them again in the future.
Tyler HPlease improve the credit card reader, it is quite cumbersome and delays the checkout process as it wasnt working well and kept requiring the process to start over. The team was patient and did the best they could

JOSEPH LMy rating reflects my dissatisfaction with U-Haul's unilateral change of my designated drop-off location without prior notification. The contract specified a particular location; however, upon arrival, I was informed of an alteration for which I received no advance communication via text, phone call, or email, resulting in considerable inconvenience.
Braulio RThere were multiple problems with the trailer. Bad tire (your guy saw that when I returned the trailer), out of round. Problems with the brakes or the bearings, it was dragging, awful to tow. Rocked side to side (I know this can be due to poor loading), and I think there's a problem with the springs (don't know if the trailer has shocks).

BARBARA BThe only issue I had was that I reserved a truck and a car trailer at a location about 3 miles from my house thinking that I would pick it up at that location. I called the day before to make sure everything was ready and found out I had to drive to another location that was 14 miles away. No one called to let me know what was going on with my order. I had a tight schedule to keep so I could make certain destinations each day. I went and picked it up the day before so we could leave as planned. Uhaul could do a better job on their planning.

RICHARD Jtruck was not cleaned before my pickup, before taking on my moving trip, I had to clean all windows inside and out and oil level was low. other than that the experience was OK
BRUCE LCheck equipment and tires thoroughly before trip from Florida to Pennsylvania. Flat tire on car dolly only a couple hours into trip. Waited 1 hour for roadside to change tire. Not happy.

DUSTIN GThe truck pulls badly to the right. To the point you're scared you might wreck and the muffler needs replaced as well as new spark plugs. I was even charged an extra $96 for it being late. It's an older crowd down here retired and it takes patience to realize who can hear or who is slightly confused by choices. He was gifted in reading us and handing stress !

It put two units then it would not allow him to correct it. The entire event lasted over an hour and I needed up having to leave and come back because he had to get on with tech support. When I came back the next day, I signed my contract and was told my number. There were no actual instructions provided about how to get in or which key pad to use. I would recommend providing instructions to new clients. Then once I got to the correct place and to my unit, I found that it still had a green safety lock on it. This just added to my frustrations for the entire even. None of this was Bryan's fault as he was not here when I came back, but it did not leave a great first impression on me. After calling up to the front office someone came and removed the lock and I was able to get in. Just took way longer than it should have to get a unit.

He sent us to a place that was closed. But the manager was of storage. She helped got a long personal call I couldn't get her off the phone. It ended up she couldn't get the box to open. So now 2 place on the 3rd I git it. 4 hours late. I was out in 15 MInutes. It has been returned yesturday checked in .. thank you. I have storage down the road The truck I used I put on 18 miles I think Of it was at the first place it was not even a mile. And Mt storage Is 4 miles from the place I am leaving. So I paid about 20 miles and messes my day up about 4 hours. I don't think I should of paid for the 20 extra miles on the truck. I had one reserved that was less than 1 mile I had to go to 3 places. I am short on time... and I shouldn't
