I used Uhaul website to book truck, arrange for help and destination storage. Everything went pretty great, except trying to contact different parts of the deal. The only phone number given was for corporate and no one option would answer questions.

She starts ranting and yelling before she even knows what is going on. She is incapable of handling her job. We were out of our unit before our months end. I called the main office and they left an internal message. She confirmed the message. Additionally,we spoke to her in person that we were out of the unit and yet she still charged my card for payment. She may not be bright but at least she's obnoxious. payment.

CAMYRAE C | Premières impressionsThe manager here was awesome however the whole process of reserving a vehicle and then calling me the day before and telling me the only available one is 2,5 hours away from where I live in the mountains is awful. In addition when u picked up the truck it had a little over half a tank and when I return it had the same amount however was charge for 6 gallons. At this point I didn't even call the Albuquerque locations because I was so exhausted over the rest of the process.
