Bunch of my stuff was broken upon arrival. Looks like they dropped the box honestly.

RONNIE LGave my refund wrong twice first time $80 short second time $10 short after that I just walked out the store and let them keep the $10. This is such bad customer service. It's ridiculous. U-Haul has went down dramatically. They do not know how to counter or change back here so sorry I used U-Haul
MICHAEL MOnly one worker, two would have sped up the rental process. But, (that word always shows up, eh)? There were only two of us renting. As I was being finished, another renter was arriving. Two persons working there would maybe save 5 minutes of my time. But the taxes, payroll fees, and costs of the extra person might cause the location to be too expensive. And then to be removed. The convenience of this location is too nice to put at risk. Leave as is. We'll keep renting, and employing as you have set up.

Jerome BThe trailer had oil all over it. The biggest issue however, is the fact that I returned the trailer the same day, but the staff must not have checked it in until the next morning. Now I am fighting to get a refund for the overcharge that they caused.
CHAD WI was checked in by a young lady. She was great. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I was very impressed by her. When i returned the trailer, a young man helped me and he was very helpful and pleasant as well. I hope their manager knows what a great team he or she has in these two. They represent UHaul very, very well

DANIEL C"Angel" is an angel! Hardworking and polite at the same time. I observed his professionalism to every customer while waiting in line to see him. He was fast thinking and solution driven to meet the needs and reputation of this company. While the location of the storage facility is in a rough part of town, having Angel explain all the security measures really assured us of the safety for our goods.

David KI got my truck with it only have a bit over 1/8 of a ya k of gas, paid for 30 miles. Barely drove the truck not even reaching my 30 miles, gas was barely moved not that noticeable according to gauge. Viewed contract and noticed they put the gas fuel at 1/2 when it was not even near there. They tried to charge me 128$ after returning my truck which is unfair due to the circumstances. I took picture of gauge and fuel before I even drove off to make sure. Office was close could not get that fixed.

His mannerisms were so exceptional, the propensity to submit a review was overwhelming. Because of this gentleman's polite nature and helpfulness, my experience was extremely pleasant. I am happy to return to this specific (1198 E Baseline, San Bernardino) location, even though it is not the closest to my residence, knowing I will receive great service. DAVID MThe manager was really understanding and had a heart towards what I've been dealing with so that was good but I still got charged for a whole day with the truck and it seems to be more this last time then the first time and that makes no sense at all.

BARRIE SHi, if UAUL knows exactly how many gallons of fuel a customer used & charges accordingly—- why doesn’t U-HAUL REIMBURSE the customer for any excess fuel when the rental is returned & is filled to a level beyond what was originally known?? One option would be for the customer to present a fuel receipt from which an adjustment could be made…This needs to be addressed—so a customer doesn’t get ripped off AND file a complaint…Otherwise, U-HAUL needs to provide a rental whose fuel tank is 100 % topped off AND when the rental is returned the customer knows the fuel tank has to be 100 % topped off..

Angel is always polite and helpful to his customers and has consistently achieved high satisfaction working with people having problems paying their monthly storage fees. Angel and his staff have always told me to keep in touch, they are willing to work with you. Communication is the key. You build great relationships, reflected by how highly they speak to you. If you don't say something your lack of communication causes a lot of misunderstanding. Let Angel know you're having an issue or problem. Be honest and clear. Keep communication open and clear. Both you and you should leave knowing exactly what you need and expect from one another going forward.

You would need to carry your heavy items through a narrow lane before you can get to the storage area. Upon renting the unit customer service failed to point out this detail. The parking space is limited and crowed it.. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Aide H | Expérience généraleI was not a happy client at this location access to my unit was always blocked and could never have a clear space for my car to off load and pick up even after I spoke with the owner and he told me that it would be clear so I could get my things it was still blocked and the enter gate was always blocked with a car or a garbage container and had to squeeze in the open back gate to enter horrible place and experience

I moved out of the rental before the due date with a zero balance owed on my move out record receipt. Getting a refund for this is very difficult. I have made numerous calls to the customer service lines with no results. Almost a month later I still have not resolved this. Therefore, I can't refer them to someone else.

The day I decided to take them out over the weekend the workers told me I could not get them out due to the store closing soon. I had to argue with the employee to be able to take my stuff out since I was going to leave the state, making it impossible for me to come any other day to pick my stuff out.

Edward K | Expérience généraleI had to call several different times for them to get me the right storage every time they said that I had a unit I would call to confirm and they said that it was canceled and they move me to a different location my price started at $114 monthly then they said that that’s just a regular quote that they give people and that the 7 x 10 that they told me was not one that would be available even though that’s what they quoted me and told me that they were giving me just to have my prices be 100 and $44 plus insurance and taxes monthly forcing me to buy a bigger storage very unhappy very satisfied

Also, the storage reservation I had also booked at the same time was lost in the system despite me having an order number. A little stressful to deal with the morning of returning the vehicle. The employee there though was very nice and was able to fix my situation quickly, and a prior phone call was made to fix the storage issue with the team on the phone lines. Thanks to the problem solvers
