The movers didn't do the best job. They were hard working but not very careful handling our furniture. Finding several scratches, chips, dents, and damage to furniture and appliances, walls, floors etc.

This location is fine. The issue is that uhaul gave me the run around and sent me to 2 other locations that did not have the vehicle I reserved online. Wasted 1/2 my day before Infinalky was able to get the truck I reserved.

Trailer had a large patch of mud all along the back, something splashed against the walls (smelled) and screws on the floor. Worker who hooked trailer up could see the mud and did nothing to remove it. Employees never swept trailer or cleaned the walls (it smelled). I didn't walk around the trailer or open it up. I only say this when I stopped to fuel up. I didn't smell it until we started loading the trailer. Owners and employees should not allow equipment to leave the lot in this condition. Upon unloading truck there is a leak in the ceiling and left corner. My property was damaged the owner /manager Rugis offered nothing but excuses saying his location didn't do this. I could make a claim but he offered nothing off due to the fact I would have to rent another trailer not from him/ location,

I booked this location online for 5:30pm and when I arrived it was closed. Found out they close at 5pm. Missed my time frame because I had to book another truck for the next day. I got the truck the next morning. I moved my stuff brought the truck back and they charged me for 2 gallons of gas, when I Made sure I put the gas back I had in it when I got it. I still have the paperwork showing the gas. This was a terrible experience. Then when I came to pick the truck up the employees was late opening the store.

First - please check the trailer's left turn signal. I don't think it is working. Second - I would have told the guy at the drop off place that, but he didn't speak to me. He appeared with a cigarettes in his hand. He didn't return my greeting. He looked at what I was returning. He looked around the yard and (I guess) saw where he wanted to put the trailer. Then he proceeded to unhook the trailer, roll it around a couple of obstacles by hand, and then shove it into a space, where it rolled until it hit the trailer behind it in the same space. Then he waved his hands to indicate that was all there was to do, and went back to his cigarette. Lovely. interaction. Does anyone else rent trailers?

Clerk was very rude at pick up. We gave her an address for drop off, assumed she captured the information. Upon inspecting the paperwork after I left, she entered a drop off location 20 minutes away!

I chose another location and at the last minute was sent to this location. The were not properly trained and were not motivated to provide good service. I will definitely have second thoughts on renting from U Haul in the future.

When I was in Greenville SC Early April the old guy behind the counter that look like an ex biker, had no personality and didn't answer any of my questions or concerns .. why you ask ? Because Everything was directed with a finger or to the app.. Very Nasty Demeanor.. He couldn't even explain my refund / Rate on the other End 1 500 miles away ! Long story short I did not get the dolly that day because when I called on the phone Earlier before I ever showed up, he was unclear about what I needed for my vehicle to be able to rent this dolly knowing I was in a rush to leave South Carolina that day. Finally the next morning Two Professional women were there to help me get hooked up and I was on my way. I understand it's not too confusing to hook up a tow dolly, but the point of it is, he does not need to be on the front counter. He needs to be in the back, tightening up lug nuts, and also Replacing the straps on the end of the Dolly that were extremely fragile and shouldn't have been used to tow any car ,That they DIDN'T replaced AS they promised .

The installation went very smoothly. The installer was professional and friendly. He explained all the details of the hitch system and how he installed it. This is the second time that we used this shop to install a hitch.

The one counter guy was busy, and the other guy didn't offer to help, and was hiding in the truck instead of helping, I get it was near the end of day, but some additional help would have been nice, or at least the offer of help. The facility was fine enough to pull in and drop off.

This is my second time renting this week. This was another miss. It rained, the cargo box leaked. It smelled dank and musty. I'm so disappointed in your company. I will think twice before renting with you again. I plan to tell everyone I know my experiences with your company. You have to do better. This was sad.

The car trailer that I rented had some issues like broken equipment that was not repaired before I received it. I was not able to haul the vehicle I intended to haul correctly or safely. I was charged the full price of the rental anyways even though the trailer was damaged. Not very happy with Uhaul at the moment considering I have never had problems with them before. Wish they had made it right with me.

My uhaul ubox did actually what it promised. I was able to fit so much, which included a queen bed, sofa, chairs and my patio set. I also had 12 airbags of clothing. All my things arrived a few days ahead of time. Everything arrived just as it was packed. The loaders at pick up and delivery did an amazing job! They disassembled and reassembled my things. All very professional and fast. I loved my experience. Thank you Uhsul@

I was given a number to a truck that was blocked completely in in line and backed into another truck when it was parked. Tried the agent chat. No response. Luckily the inside was still open, so I had to go in and get a new truck. If the inside was not open, I would not have been able to pick up my truck.

I got charged for an extra day when I returned it on the day and time it needed to be back. ($58,3) Day- 1/26/25 at 10:00am I have picture of truck in parking lot at 10am on 1/26/25. I will be calling office and get refund on this.

Difficult to access the loading zone. Virtually impossible to enter with larger objects (e.g. bed) due to many corners inside. Rat poison all over.

Rats and roaches were found in the unit and unfortunately when moving some droppings were found in my items. I brought roaches back to my apartment as well, causing me to experience unpleasant experiences.

Staff is impossible to get in touch with. Called multiple times in which I never reached anyone. I was then directed to the main customer service center in which I was told I would get a call back from the facility and never did. I was told this at least 3 times.

The storage unit was dark, gaps throughout the walls, full of cobwebs and the day I picked up my belongings it was full a tiny roaches. It was absolutely disgusting.

The staff was rude, unprofessional, not helpful at all. I've communicated with the staff over the phone and in person on many occasions, all I ever got was unprofessional staff. I know in person I dealt with the male store manager and over the phone I dealt with a female. I also know in person I interacted with a African American woman and a Caucasian woman ALL were unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to this particular location. I've been a customer with Uhaul for many years and I've used them when I moved from the west coast to the east coast as well as north to south vice versa. I give permission to uhaul to look up my account and see how much I've used there company and never have I ever experienced anything like this location.

Booked 2 units plenty in advance since coming from Florida and wanted both outside for convince. 1 unit was occupied and no more available. Gave me an inside unit harder to get stuff into. Dirty and missing parts of the ceiling. Have no choice since I had to unload everything that night.

The staff was helpful in helping me. The U-Haul app only accommodated me for a small storage space for all my belongings.. The staff saw that all my things would not fit into the small storage space, and willingly accommodated me a bigger space for the first month. Great staff and very stress free experience.

Overall this U-Haul center was definitely a blessing with my family need at most. We need a place to store some items really quick. The staff was great accommodating us. When we had to come back-and-forth to add or take things out of the storage unit it was easy comfortable safe and secure. I didn't know how was going to feel about having an outdoor storage unit. But it was definitely a great experience.

Forced to pay things that weren't necessary and the storage floors weren't clean. The staff were ok. The one guy who assisted us with the trailer was great. But the ladies who assisted with the storage were not punctual and typed in the information wrong such as name and ID expiration etc. Overall, bad experience and storage instruction wasn't clear.

Why would someone design a storage facility with multiple floors and no elevator? I told the lady on the phone when I made the reservations for my truck, & storage I didn't want anything on the second floor, and she booked it anyway. The people who work in the actual store were really helpful, and cool, it is not their fault.

My experience, unbenongst to me started the day I rented. I was not informed that the storage unit was not at the same place the drop off unit was. The staff at the Uhaul on Grove Rd did not inform me either. There were weird vibes so before leaving the 4x8 cargo rental where the cust serv rep told me to leave it, I called the general customer service line. they worked everything out and informed me of everything. I was not to be charged for anything else other than the rental and free month storage. So, now that all my stuff is in this storage unit on Grove...the key card they give me NEVER WORKS. from the very first time. I cant get in or out. I had to visit my storage unit several times and each time the reps were slow and unwilling to assist in getting me in or out of the gate. A cust serv rep ended up giving me a code *2425#...one of the cust serv reps came up to me and insisted I inform him who gave me the number so he could find the breach in the system. Luckily the last time I went to gather all my things, the gate was open. I packed all my things and took them to Public Storage. This was such a bad experience.

Was charged a $20 cleaning fee for a small empty box that was left in the uhaul. Also over charged for gas used. I drove less than 10 miles and uhaul charged me for 2 gallons of gas. Was not satisfied after paying for day use only. Felt like they got one over on me.

#4. Usually the staff is helpful and friendly, but it depends on who is working. Sometimes, certain employees are not as friendly. My only other complaint is that I have a key card for the gate that I was given when I rented my original unit 100 which no longer works since I closed the second unit 123.

The staff was friendly and the carts inside the storage building are great. Our only problem/complaint is that the map of buildings and storage units given to us was NOT correct and therefore, we had a very difficult time finding our unit. Otherwise, all went well.

When they physically moved units around, ours was facing away from the main area, & it took weeks for a fence to be installed. Then a low fence with no top wires and no cameras installed. NOT SECURE.
