The truck was not washed and the front drivers windshield wiper was broken. Other than that the staff was very nice and pleasant to talk to

PATRICK LI rented a trailer to haul a vehicle. And whoever used it before us, i must have had a vehicle that was leaking oil.Because there was oil all over it. Also, would like to add the staff at this location are very friendly and make the renting process easy

SCOTT SNothing. Customer service was superb. The person who helped me out did so very quickly and was very knowledgeable and had me in and out of there and what felt like five minutes. Most of the time, anytime you need a uhual it's usually because your doing something already stressful, so to be able to rely on uhual as the least stressful part of that process is a huge benefit. I won't go anywhere else.

STEVEN DUnusually, I found the individuals working at this location, save for the female ( she mentioned having recently been hired ) who checked in the vehicle, to be particularly indifferent, disinterested and generally unpleasant during the check-in process and when making a generally inquiry into the status of my receipt ( the computer systems had been down but came back online within minutes after i physically returned the vehicle). I gave the benefit of the doubt, and will continue using your vehicles but find it unusual that though the process of checking out and checking in was acceptably smooth and timely, I felt like there could have been a bit more basic courtesy during the entirety of the exchange.

CRAIG WThis location is by far the best in the area. I rent at least 2 to 3 times a month and this particular location provides the cleanest trucks and best service.
JONATHAN RWindows should be cleaned. This is a safety issue. Also, representatives should give renters some walk through or check out on the trucks before driving away.

ATTILA BI am absolutely outrageous that they charge me $1,39 per mile on that $29 a day truck. I am contesting this . Even online the rate is $.69 a mile at a high point.
