I went in on Sunday Father to rent a moving truck I all was go to this location no problem but this day the work there that day treat me so bad his name is Brian Coria keep in mind the customer before didn't get asked non of these questions he told me I had to get verified cause I've have no history but I go to this location all the time felt very profiled don't know if it's my race or the way I look but I work with people all time and treat them the same . He said this is how the manager trained him so I asked for the managers information he provided it to me and I noticed the manager is the one who always attended me and never treated me like this . Really felt like he had a power trip but didn't work cause everything he tried checked of even called the second contact to verify me and my wife noticed and told him the same thing that we never get asked these verifications and sounded very wired, that employee needs to be talked to and reminded that customers need to be treated equally

Nothing. It was perfect.
JOSE PFirst location did not have my truck they said they would give me a extra 50 miles for going to pick my truck up at a different location it did not happen no one knew what I was talking about then I go to return the truck they give me the wrong change so I tell the guy you're $80 short on my deposit so he gives me my change the next time and he's $10 short, so I'd rather not say anything and just walk out of the store evidently they do not know how to count there It was the worst experience I've had with U-Haul in my life next time I will go with budget thank you very much. Then I get on the Dispatch number to see about my extra 50 miles halfway through the car we're disconnected. Get no callback nothing.
MICHAEL MMy local Uhal facility did not have the trailer i needed. The El Monte facility had a friendly staff and clean equipment.
GILBERT Coverall service was great, and the rental was in general good.

JASON RMake sure you have enough staff to maintain the amount of customers in. I arrived before 10am to pick up my keys. I didn't get them til almost 20 after 10 because there was only one person working and a line of at least 10 people ahead of me

KIN LBe sure to check the tires on vehicles before you release a vehicle. Our rental truck had a large spike in it that we discovered when we were at the gas station to make our trip. Made it a very worrisome trip!!

The staff was talking out loud when I was in line about a customer (me) for not picking up the U-Haul rented for 6:30am when they made me waste my time giving me the wrong code for padlock and I had to wait for 9am to speak to staff for further assistance when it was their mistake! It was a horrible experience!

Javier LTruck ran really rough when cold and even died at an intersection in the morning. Ran ok once warmed up. When dropping off the truck, I told the guy checking it back in about the issues but he didn't seem to care. Not pleased about this experience.
