Excellent experience from start to finish. The only thing I would have liked to have known ahead of picking up my rental was the 10" truck didn't have a ramp. Had I known this, I would have rented a larger truck. Overall, great experience though

I got there, got out of truck, walked in store, he just sat there I said do I need to do anything, nope. He needs to take a class on people skills/customer service
