JEFFREY LGreat customer service! Ed and Hunter greeted me on my arrival for my reservation. While they were both waiting on prior customers they showed great service again by acknowledging my wait and telling me that I would be waited on soon. Check in and check out easy. Clean vehicle. Highly recommend.

SHAWN KMy biggest issue with everything is the app I clicked on a different trailer, but when I clicked on the location that said it was available, it changed my trailer to a different one. Also drop off location. I put it at the spot and drop off location but when I scan the thing it said someone would contact me and I never got contacted.
MARCUS PEverything was great. Only thing was the truck was on the harder side shifting into reverse.
JOSHUA KThe drop off of the equipment at the Monroeville location was quick and efficient. Although the employee on duty was working on a different rental when I arrived, he noted that he would verify the mileage and gasoline level and email the receipt to me.

When I did contact him to verify Eugene was very helpful and Eddie took care of making sure that I got the truck and all the information necessary in order to use my EZ Pass
JAMES TKudos to Bryan Wallace, he took extra effort to get a trailer to the location that had just been cleaned and serviced. One disappointment is that the open canopy trailers are local only and not one way rental.
PAUL MEugene H waited on me to complete my vehicle reservation. Friendly and efficient with check out and check in. Vehicle clean and in good condition. It has been awhile since I have rented so it was nice to see Eugene continues to work at this friendly location.

GARY Mrental advertised as $19,95 per day, x 3 days should have been $60 plus mileage (300 miles). Very disingenuous as with all the extra fees.

JOSEPH GGreat guy there was able to help remedy a mistake due to dropping off trailer at there location instead of at the one that was 5 min away. Honest mistake but would rather do business at this locations due to the customer service on helping with the issue I had.
MAURICIO CI requested pickup at a different location and the text message should have explicitly stated the location requested was not available and pickup was elsewhere. I wasted my time at the original location not knowing it had been changed.
allison wI'm a little confused how we went from $30 a day plus a dollar a mile (set at 30 miles which according to math should be $30) plus the "insurance" fee which is forced on us of $16. Not to mention the fact that we didn't use the whole 30 miles but got charged for it but fine. So at that point I'm floating right around $76 and even with taxes I don't think we could get to $140. I'm just curious where the extra $70 came from and why it wasn't explained or advertised.
JOHN KI would have given a better score but the young man who checked me in decided to charge me for fuel when I fueled the truck up exactly to what was given to me right before I dropped the truck off. I did file a complaint and I am requesting this refund.
