A bit of a wait when renting, but otherwise everything was perfect including return
Thomas sThey were very friendly. Lot was jam-packed with returns on the Sunday I returned my trailer. It never showed up in my app as being returned, but a phone call on Tuesday morning to their office, and they had it corrected in less than an hour. Very well done!
jim bMaybe a little better organization during returns. It was crowded with lots of people returning trucks and trailers at the same time, and I had to call back to get confirmation of the turn-in a couple days later. But everyone was really helpful - great!

PAUL FFrom the moment I walked in the door until the time i left waiting for a trailer hitch to be put on, everyone at this location was kind, courteous and friendly. The staff member who insulted the hitch took care of it right away and he did a great job. I highly recommend this U-Haul location.
Kevin MI had U-Haul install a hitch and wired my 2020 Altima. Excellent job. I had to rent a trailer to pick up a shed. Fast and thorough process, and dirt cheap for 24 hours. I would recommend them and ask for Steve for install. U-Haul in Mount Laurel, NJ.

Joseph BSign in was seamless. The vehicle was ready, clean and low mileage. It ran beautifully. When I dropped it off it took only a few minutes. Staff came right out up loaded the mileage confirmed with me and sent me my bill. It was smooth and easy

Dan AI returned the truck with the same gas level as I found, little less than 1/2 tank. But on the rent document it was marked 1/2 tank and I was charged extra $6 for needle not showing 1/2 tank. I should have taken a picture before using the truck. I learnt my lesson and going forward, I will take a picture and tell all my friends to do the same. It will be very genuine if attendants mark actual gas level, not round off.

RICHARD KThe only issue I had was I ordered supplies to go with the U-Haul like tape TV box boxes wrap and they gave me the blankets I'll ordered but did not mention the other items so when they said they were putting the stuff in the back of the truck I assume they put everything but they did not so when I got to the place, I only had the blankets

Mike SI cannot recommend this U-Haul location enough. We just finished moving and I visited the Mt. Laurel location at least a half dozen times to purchase boxes and wrapping paper. They have a great variety of box items. I needed 3 TV boxes as well as other items including coverings for sofa and other furniture. We also ordered two 10' trucks that were very useful. The staff there is friendly and personable. What a great experience!

Susan RTHE WORST!!!! TOOK ALMOST 2 HOURS TO GET A DAMN TRAILER HITCH. NO ONE ELSE WAS IN THE STORE I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER. THEN WE GET THE TRAILER AND IM ABOUT TO PULL OFF AND THEY HAVE TO SWITCH ME TO ANOTHER TRAILER ONLY FOR IT TO BE THE WRONG TRAILER. IVE BEEN CLEAN FROM DRUGS AND ALCOHOL FOR 6 YEARS, I RELAPSED BECAUSE OF THIS EXPERIENCE.

Manish KI rented a 20 foot truck one way on Sunday and traveled to South Carolina from Nee Jersey. The truck I rented has a major exhaust leak in which fumes were coming into the cab of the truck. I didn't matter if I had the airflow from the vents on fresh air or recirculating. Horrible smell the entire 10+ hour trip. Secondly I had gotten a good amount of rain nearly the entire ride down. Inside of the cargo area was soaked. Ruined quite a few boxes, an electrical warming plate and soaked a mattress I had on a blanket. Amongst a number of other things that were wet when I unloaded it caused major uncomfortable conversations with my wife about the damaged boxes that needed to be unboxed immediately. I think better care and attention to the unit should be taken prior to renting a unit with this price tag. The price I paid for this unit has cost me more money especially with a saturated mattress.

JOEL FMake sure to consider customers time when you "guarantee" a location. U-Haul switched my location for pick up and drop off which made my entire moving experience draining & horrible. Having to go out MY way to pick up a truck at a different location and then wanting ME to pay more when it was a mistake on your end. Then calling me 1 hour before I wanted to drop off the U-Haul to tell me I HAVE to drop off the truck at a different location because the one I was suppose to go to was "too packed". Completely horrible experience & hope someone can get inventory figured out better.
