I received excellent assistance and all the detailed information I needed for my move in from the staff at 3100 Main location and didn't need help from this locations staff.

Tatiana did an amazing job. She was personable, very knowledgeable. This associate provided a tour of the facility, and i even referred a friend for future business based upon her great service. She did a great job and she is 9 months pregnant. 10 out of 10.

I actually needed to change something on my rental reservation when i walked into the office. The staff there was AMAZING with how fast she understood what i needed and how quickly she got everything changed over to what i originally wanted but did wrong when i booked online by myself

Pricing has tripled since we first rented the unit.... the company doesnt have discounts for non-profit organizations

In a phone conversation with a representative at SW BLVD location in KC, Ks, the individual answering the phone was very distracted and I felt I was bothering her when I asked to speak to a manager re: my bill. When the site manager answered the phone, she was very blunt, was not customer-friendly, was not very kind, did not want to listen to my points about the late billing which occurred due to the change from the former company to U-Haul. As a result, I decided I didn't need to use that site any longer and as soon as possible, made other arrangements for storage.

I could only give a 3 star, although the staff was great having to change companies was not the best. Will have to see how things turn out over time.

I did not score highly the fact the managing office is no longer on-site like it was with Extra Space Storage. You have to go out of your way now to do anything in person. This appears to be the way U-Hail intends to market this location going forward, which will hinder my desire to continue business once my paid contracts come to term.

I can't answer some of the question because there no one in the office to talk to. I had call the number on paper. And she was nice but couldn't answer my question.

You guys bought the storage switch autopay Charge me more to $198 when I used to pay 120 put a lock on my locker cause you guys did not notify me the auto pay couldn't get in my locker this weekend. Call you guys and you guys hanged up, couldn't be unlocked until Monday couldn't grab my stuff
