I was charged an extra 106 miles. There was an error on the company not checking mileage for previous trips. I incorrectly charged.

Susanna BUhaul is secondary business for them. They did not have the moving blankets ordered (even though we checked the previous day). They did not have anyone to help hook up the trailer OR to fix a problem with the trailer lights which did NOT work.
John CWhen I arrive at this place the lady is talking with a friend and that was more important than customer service. She told me that she could not give me the car that she reserved online and that I received the confirmation. I got a little upset and after 2 calls she gave me the car. I paid for some textile blankets and never received them but they were charged to my account. I don't recommend this place.
JAZHIEL MUSM went out of their way to ensure I had the best equipment knowing that I was moving cross country. The service was absolutely above any expectations I had. I highly recommend USM..
Kevin SHorrible experience. I made countless calls to customer service regarding issues that I experienced. Never have I ever experienced such a horrible situation. Never again at least with this location. I've never had any issues with Uhaul ever. This is reflective of this location not the company.
