i got double charged for blankets, i also had to change pickup locations because whoever i talked to scheduled me for 10:00am pickup instead of 10:30 like we discussed over the phone so that was almost super bad being that i had one day to move, not that you guys care, but i made my pickup time and place specific for a reason so 1/10 customer service (the 1 is because he answered the phone) and the smoke shop location i could barely understand the guys english and when i dropped the truck off they called the manager and had me talk to him over the guys cellphone? hard time understanding him again, very displeased

After reserving a 20 ft. truck at the Latrobe, PA location, we were informed the day before pick up that they did not have that truck & sent us to the Greensburg location on Rt. 30 only for them to send us to another location in Greensburg. Person there said they would have that truck for us tomorrow for pick up. When we came the next day she said no truck available & we would have to travel down Rt. 30 to another location. This facility was so small we could hardly get the truck out. The overall experience was terrible! You haave too many fly-by-night operations!

This was the 3rd store they sent me to. I wasted an hour getting run around town. Terrible experience overall

Not happy with the way the uhaul representative conducted the whole process

I was not a fan of this location. Entering my credit card info into a personal phone is very, very sketchy. The guy had his own business and did uhaul rentals, his business was priority and kept interrupting setting up my rental.

Truck was dirty, fuel in truck was improperly stated , shop said 3/4 full picked up truck and only hat just under a 1/4 tank, shop said they would take care of it (unfortunately I did not take a picture) I cleaned and fueled the truck. After returning the truck the return shop did not want to hear my story and changed me for a 1/4 tank of fuel (I returned it with a 1/2 tank, more than I picked it up with) This is very disappointing because I always had a great experience with Uhaul.

Friendly team member. Truck somewhat dirty inside but no big deal. Only recommendation is to make check in process faster. I did online check in hoping that would speed the process up but I still waited for 15 mins or so inside to check in and get keys.

I cannot think of anything that could be done to improve service. The pickup and drop off was easy and convenient. At first I was a little confused when I arrived at the Drop Off Location, Vape and Smoke City, however when I entered the facility I was greeted and directed to where to park the vehicle. The personnel operating the drop off facility were all very helpful and took care of my transaction without any issues. I was very pleased.

This location was convenient, a vehicle was available and the shop renting the truck l wad very polite and helpful.

That location is much better then the one I usually use, especially when I only had to go across the street to pick up my order!!
