I needed to extend my time with the U-Haul. When I called to do so multiple times I was not able to reach the store. I called the number on the U-Haul website. I believe I talked to Steve who was amazing at helping me finally get my truck dispatched 6 hours later as well as extend my time.

Michael FTrash/water in the back of the truck. The representative was rude and it took around 45 minutes from the time of arrival to have them release the truck to the designated driver on the reservation. Absolutely horrible experience and would never recommend this facility.
