Has anyone from UHaul visited this location? It was terrifying. It's in a horrible part of the City, which would be fine if you didn't have to go inside a convenience store to get the keys. The clerk struggled with the check kn process, so I stood in this store for almost 30 minutes while he helped other people. I had the pleasure of being asked to buy condoms for a guy who was clearly high and agitated and deal with a drunk. When we finally made our way to the vehicle, we had to go outside and then through a lot with a homeless encampment. Never again.

This was a horrible experience, it took me almost 1 hour to get the truck between waiting for the guy to come to the store, to the system not working properly, and then they not knowing how to do the transaction. Never again.

The staff was patient and very helpful when to reservation was messed up due to an error on my part. They made sure Iit was all fixed and I was on my way.

They told me not to worry about gasoline. Then, I got charged $30 for gasoline and I believe some filling fee for driving 42 km. The exterior of the truck was filthy and overcharged for gasoline. Never go back there again.

The manager charged me insurance even i declined it online. My bill should only be 40$ and ended up 88$ dollars. Waited very long time to get the vehicle. Please call me , id like to make a formal complaint
