Randall WI had to go 3 hours out of the way to pick up the trailer cause no one in Phoenix had one. And I was promise an extra day and 200 off my bill and that didn't happen I will never use U-Haul again...

LINDA WWe dropped the truck off on a day the U-Haul location was closed, so we couldn't rate the personnel. However, the place was neat, clean and organized. The only issue we had was poor cell service, which made it difficult & slow to turn in the truck via the internet, and upload the pictures.

FARREN WMaking a note in the system related to this location for any returning customers not to plan to return a truck after hours through self checkin due to cell phone signal quality. Fortunately, that was not me, but could have been. Otherwise customer service was excellent!

Norman NI signed up for the pick-up during hours when the business was closed, but there is not adequate cell phone coverage there so it would not work. Hugely frustrating (especially since this wasn't the location I booked for, but was forced there and was told the location I booked in Cottonwood did not have my equipment). The only good part was that the owner saw me struggling in the parking lot to get a connection so he showed up before opening to help me out. I really appreciated that.

ANNE EThere was nothing wrong with this location. The issue is that uhaul changed my drop off location without telling me. When I got the agreed upon location and entered my info in the app, it told me that I needed to go to a much further location. When I called, I was left on hold for about 20 minutes, standing outside in the heat. When the person finally returned to the call, I was told I would get a call back within 15 minutes. I never got a call back. I had to make multiple phone calls and spend over an hour of my moving day trying to resolve the situation. I have used uhaul many times and never had such terrible experiences. I paid to drop off at a specific location, not to go to a completely different town.

David HMy only comment is regarding online app as my reservation didn't show up in app even though I had all confirmations and toll free support could see on their end too.
Cindy GUhall didn't have the truck we needed at our preferred location and didn'thave the bigger size either. We had to travel quite a distance to pick up a smaller truck and a trailer, to make up the needed distance. Then, we had to go to yet another location for boxes and other packing material. I expected better service from the Uhall brand.
