TED M$1 / mile on top of the rental price was unreasonable... If I had to go more than 12 miles for this trip, I would not have paid this fee.

Jason RI had called and spoke with a very nice lady on the phone she was absolutely professional and walked me through the process of signing on being it was my first time. I want to thank her for her time and calmness on the phone. I even mentioned on the phone the truck was filthy in dirt when I got in the truck. I told her the truck was all muddy in side and very dirty. I did my best to clean it before I returned it. Plus I was charged a very high amount when I only kept the truck for 3 hours and returned in full gas. I took photos of inside of the truck before I drove off with the truck. So far my experience with customer service was the best ever.
