The man who runs video news is the nicest guy I've ever dealt with. He's incredibly friendly. It's nice to be greeted as a customer instead of just a number.

DENVER CThe owner was very pleasant and accommodating but the previous renter left the equipment filthy. The owner of the business cleaned it out himself so he made it right. I would definitely rent from him again and will look for his business first the next time I need anything from U-Haul.

PAUL LLocation was in video store. Had difficulty finding it. However, dealer/vender was excellent, very helpful. Price was fair, truck was in good condition, very pleased with experience.
WILLIAM MThe gas was almost on E when we received the truck. I also was doing the online app to get the truck and when it was time to grab the key, it was not in the lock box. The owner or whoever came out with the key and said he took it out. I don't know why he was messing with it at all.

ROBERT MNo one was there to receive my unit while operating hours. There was a sign on the door saying he would be back several days later. No one was there. I just called and had to take pics of proof for drop off. Didn't feel good about it. With out have someone someone to receive it.
Kevin CThere are no provisions for obtaining a 2" ball or a light wiring adapter at rental site. I had to drive to an auto parts store with trailer, but no trailer lights, to get adapter. I then had to go through what safety expectations I was aware of to test lighting function. Would have thought this would be done by u haul staff. I had to help lift trailer to put on ball. Physically I am not really able to do this, and would not have expected to do so.
LESIE PBob was great to work with. I highly recommend him and will always seek his business for all future UHaul needs.

Hector FPerson who provided the uhaul to me was very short with his answers and not helpful, he didn't explain the return process to me making my experience substantially frustrating, I would not recommend uhaul the app is nor user friendly and the process to return the truck is a nightmare

Gail-Danny PI made a last minute change in drop off locations because it was Sunday and the original location I selected was closed. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.

Glenda gDisappointed - we received a call the day before our pick up and were told we need to go to a different location than we rented to pick up our truck. The new location did not have the equipment we rented. The new location opened two hours after our scheduled pick up time - UNACCEPTABLE!! The gentleman "Bob" who owns the new location smoothed our frustrations - he was great to work with and arrived earlier than his store opened to get us on our way.

scott mI do not believe the unclean condition of the vehicle was the fault of the pickup location. I believe U-Haul should be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the vehicle. The vendor at the pickup location was friendly, helpful and considerate. I am not satisfied with the mechanical condition of the vehicle I was given as a rental and the cab and windshield was dirty and smelled. U-Haul is a large, popular vendor and should be more responsible for their vehicles. I spoke with a rep prior to picking up my rental and was assured it would be a fairly new vehicle as it was for a long-distance rental....it was not. Nor was it in good mechanical condition. I have spoken with a rep regarding some type of refund for this rental. I have also explained the issues I encountered with the vehicle during the trip. Susan MacDonald
