There was no refrigerator dolly on the truck. And the place we picked it up did not have one so we had to go all the way across town to get a dolly. Your company changed the location on me, which was very inconvenient. It was totally another town that I lived in. When I went to take my truck back and the keys back, they give us along wrong information from the Dispatch. Although the track was returned at the location, we could not find the dropbox it was dark outside, and they had given us the wrong name for the store in the strip mall so we could not find the dropbox. I had to call, first thing in the morning and find out exactly where to drop the keys at. Which was just one more trip I had to make. Then I was charged for too many days. So no U-Haul is off my list to ever use again.
