Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI scheduled a pickup in Decatur IL and the day before I had to move U-haul informed me the nearest truck was an hour away at this Springfield location. I had no choice but to drive this far. When we got there the employee had no idea we were coming or how to check us in. She was cussing and throwing a fit about her boss and not being trained. After finding the tablet to check in she had no idea how to sign in and her two supervisors either didn't answer the phone or told her to call someone else. Finally she got a hold of a nice gentleman just about to go into a meeting and he checked us in over her phone. I do not really fault this women for the lack of training so much as I blame the U haul company. Every employee I've dealt with has been rude and a complete nightmare to work with. This is the last time I will use U-haul moving forward and I will not recommend any of their services.
abby wVP Fuels have ZERO contracts, dollies, furniture pads or ANYTHING other than a truck. Clerks on this *convenience store* have no I-Haul training and have to call the area U-Haul office to do paperwork and text to customer -- I had reserved a U-Haul for IN PERSON rental NOT electronic. Either provide this location with supplies, equipment and training or elimination this location!!!
Debra TThere was no refrigerator dolly on the truck. And the place we picked it up did not have one so we had to go all the way across town to get a dolly. Your company changed the location on me, which was very inconvenient. It was totally another town that I lived in. When I went to take my truck back and the keys back, they give us along wrong information from the Dispatch. Although the track was returned at the location, we could not find the dropbox it was dark outside, and they had given us the wrong name for the store in the strip mall so we could not find the dropbox. I had to call, first thing in the morning and find out exactly where to drop the keys at. Which was just one more trip I had to make. Then I was charged for too many days. So no U-Haul is off my list to ever use again.
