Once a month due to being dissabled
MICHAEL SThe unmanned process was confusing, cumbersome and frustrating. Had to call the 24/7 number, that was slow. I will say the gentleman from Sunshine Cleaning came by while we were on the phone and was able to help us, thank goodness. I did all the pre work on the app ahead of time and still had to re-enter everything once on site. I hope UHaul can improve the process. Truck worked fine.

After I returned the truck, the owner / location charged me for just 18 miles! I am very, very satisfied. Je la recommande fortement.

Xavier WEverything was ready for our use of the truck and equipment that we rented and they even had moving blankets inside the back of the truck that I did not rent. Because we used our mobile phone for all the contact info, I was able to add the driver and info without any issues. I would use this service again but I'm not moving again for a long time.

Hugh MOur phones were not working with the check in well. We finally downloaded the app and were able to check it in that way after some time.
Dawn SIt was very difficult to access the keys. It took longer than 30 minutes, we had to download your app, which asked for a picture of my PASSPORT. That's ridiculous! Luckily one of our kids was home and was able to send us a picture of it. The link you sent in the email for pick up instructions did not work so I called your help line which said the wait time was over 40 minutes so I opted for a call back which took over 15 minutes and when I answered the call no one was there. Terrible experience
