They over charged me for the rental They were late and claimed that they gave me the equipment later than I had the rental they opened the location at 10:15 and had to wait an addition 15 min to get the rental They claimed to give me the equipment at 9:25 which is fault and unethical to do They over charged me for the fuel when I gave back the equipment with more fuel than I had it in the first place Charged me for an extra day when I returned the equipment definitely not recommend to get rentals at this location I've been renting from uhaul for a long long time and I never had this happened at any other location to be honest really disappointed

Oluwaseyi AIt's the worst ever location. They made so hard for us to get the U-Haul. We had to stand there for atleast 4 hours just because of there system issues. In addition, there was a Muslim guy , he was so rude with us. There was zero customer service provided. He said that it's my store, I can do whatever I want. There were already so many complaints about this location already from my knowns. U-Haul service providers must take a strict action against this location
Shivang CThe van we borrowed had empty bottles of water lying around on the floor. There was one sales associate when we picked up the van and another when we went to drop it off. The sales associate dealing with the drop off said we hadn't filled fuel while we had. We had ensured to take pictures of the odometer and fuel gauge which then allowed us to dispute the incorrect statement. He didn't even bother checking his records and it was a money grab move. Also the sales associate was on a personal phone call during the drop off time and had no clarity to his actions. Quite an annoying experience.
Mohideen SThe guy who was in charge did not do the vehile inspection properly. When we returned the vehicle, another guy was in charge started claim about the fuel level and dent on the vehicle. Luckily we had the vedio captured with details of vehicle before usage. This guy couldn't impose any false claim on us.

Raula SCheck out process took a very long time. Credit card equipment provided by U-Haul to employee takes a very long time to connect and initialize. We spent more than 15 minutes at the store counter until we could finally get the keys.
Eduardo H- Have a fully working vehicle as the power windows did not work. - Vehicle was not clean - Not being charged falsely - Upon return, my vehicle should have been returned immediately, not when it's at the convenience of the location.
BENEDICT PI booked a cargo van and the window didn't work and was stuck open during pouring rain. Rep asked me if it was okay..I had no choice as I booked and needed the van that day. The tires kept spinning and slipping during my drive. Usually U-Haul is fine but not this time
Lucky PWhen I picked up the vehicle, I immediately got a warning on the dash that the front left tire's pressure was too low. I have a compressor at home so I went there to fill it up. The tire was at 20psi; it should be at 55psi. I was rather shocked that the tire was left to go so low and not checked before the vehicle was rented out. Otherwise, everything went perfectly, and I very much appreciate the rental!
Jeremy GHaving to put 3 people down when renting was not necesaary. You have the drivers info and drivers liscense number. That should be more than enough. I hope for the future this option is taken away. I can see adding 1 person for a backup but 3?? Too much! I also do not agree that In only drove 38 km and I was charged over $20 for gas. I didnt even use that much gas.
