Location is very convenient. And easy to get in and out.

JOHN SEmployee was limited in what he could do because the computer was grossly inadequate. It took forever to complete the rental contract. Additionally, the customer had to help pick up the trailer from the ground and place it on the hitch. Tongue weight on a 6 x 12 cargo trailer is between 200-300 pounds that put us not happy!

GAVIN RThe man slim the office was extremely rude. Mumbled to himself, would not help with the trailer. His exact words- if you are cheap and rent a trailer- then connect it yourself. Will never use this location again until he is gone.

MARK HThe truck was a total piece of crap that barely made it to my destination. Had nothing to do with the location itself where I got the truck. Dude was super nice. Got a check engine light halfway to destination. Almost didn't make it up steep grade through WV, VA mountains. Constant front end shaking, engine surging 50-60mph, and it was the most stressful drive I've ever had. Only 75k miles on the truck but drove like a 200k mile truck.

MICHELLE DAll was good until I received an additional charge for fuel. I still need to call. I'd taken a picture and shared that there was only 42 miles until empty and when I returned the gauge said 40 miles miles until empty. I got charged for $33 fo not bringing it back the same. WTF!!

ANDREW KLocation is great. Very convenient from my location and service was excellent. I thought it was pricey for a quick in town move, but it's on par with other rental truck services in the area, so I guess that's just the going rate now.

Erik FEquipment was not clean. Electrical cord for lights and brakes was stressed and had been repaired multiple times with tape and other faults.

ASHLEY MIt was an absolute gas hog. Which means they aren't maintaining it properly. The guy at the counter was a smartass too. Pretty obvious he doesn't like the public.

RUSSELL VDo not use this location!!! Called to question the fuel charge since I had refilled with 2,5 gallons of gas, which seemed appropriate for the 16 total miles I drove the truck. Was told the gas gauge was not high enough so I charged for another 2 gallons of gas. My response was that it seemed unreasonable for 4,5 gallons for the 16 miles used. The response from him...."Go f*** myself." Rent from a different location unless you want to pay for extra charges!
