DAVID JWhen I rented the pickup truck ( very nice) i checked the box for no insurance but got charged for it anyway ($30), The rep said the only way to get it back was to call Uhaul which didn't sound very promising,
SCOTT MThe windshield had not been clean. The inside of the cab was extremely dusty.
SIMONE TI was definitely over charged on miles due to the beginning mileage being entered incorrectly. Also a walk through would be a good way to prevent this from happening.
John GPlease fill the windshield wiper reservoir with fluid.
CARMEL GThe windshield wiper fluid needed replacement and the granny part had potting soil spilled on it.
CARMEL GHighly will recommend Wicked. Much better than the one in Nice, Calif!! When I picked up truck in Nice, the truck was filthy and the cab was full of mud.
MARSHA BWhen a van is used for a marijuana grow farm causing the van to smell heavily of marijuana, the renters need to be held completely responsible for getting the smell out of the van. I rented the van while my van was in the shop. I repair major appliances and smelled like marijuana when I went into my customer's houses. The rental place said they did everything they could to try and remove the smell but it wasn't enough. It still smelled very strong.

CARMEL GNot enough parking area for drop off, the whole parking lot is not appropriate for a Uhaul location . It is a second business and you can for sure notice. But it was convenient for me to drop in Lakeport instead of Ukiah.

DAVID BU-haul dealer was GREAT however the moving help, I understand separate from U-haul, were HORRIBLE . There name is HelpUsGo - HORRIBLE. Actually didn't use them because they cancelled the job at 9 p.m. the night before the move and were extremely rude and unprofessional. I think yelling at a customer on the phone is inexcusable.
CHRISTENE CWe always go to U-Haul to pick up a moving truck when the need arises. This time is not an exception. We met all the wonderful people from the pick up and drop off location. They are very professional and friendly and we like that. However, this time we weren't completely happy having to return the truck nearly 30 miles away to a couple closer that we didnt get to return. We also have to pay for additional mileage when we exceed the limit and surely from that return too far away. Ordering online and indicating a return location will be provided later. We had no idea it was this far away and there were others nearby our destination without being able to locate it and that would save us 30 miles added on. We ordered the 15 foot truck and then were so grateful that the 26 foot truck was upgraded so we took it when they ran out of the 15 foot truck. Turns out we definitely needed that long truck as well. Merci.

Deborah PThe owner was helpful and helpful. I showed up at 8:00am to pick up my vehicle and it took me until 9:10 to get on the road. The computer system wasn't working and the printer could not print out my contract. I was not clear that the mileage rate would be over $1 a mile. The last time I rented it was .79.
