When picking up and dropping off the truck the parking lot is not plowed. Got stuck twice in 2ft of snow..

We specifically asked to go to a location that was manned, we arrived at the location, nobody on site, cold and had to call in to get our reservation relocated to the location of pickup. Customer service people did not do their job. The gentleman at the pickup location did an excellent job top to bottom.

Thomas COur needs were outside the typical customer. A motorcycle tire chock to support the bike would have very helpful. Could also be a rental thing. Still would need to be tied to the walls and front.
Lloyd EAn extra staff member at that location for jail l uhauls trucks cleaning would be great.
