Willie is customer first and my rental was his most important item. His years of being recognized by U-Haul was very impressive. I would recommend his location to anyone needing a rental and great service. Will definitely be using Willies Auto Sales and Service for my rental needs in the future. Great people..

JONATHAN MAt the pickup l was greeted cheerfully and felt at home in a place l have never been. Check in was awesome my rental was in great condition and easy to use. Upon completion l call customer service and was greeted by wonderful people whom help me change my drop off location. A very smooth task. Upon arriving at my drop off location l was greeted with joy and felt like l knew the guy who unhooked my rental. UHaul thank you for all you do Chuck

BILL GA little isolated and little strange as the vehicles are on someones lawn. The key box is located away from the vehicles near a garage and house. Would be better if the key box was located near the vehicles and renters did not need to go to the house area.

john wThe "drop off point" was described as a 24 hour drop off. Arrived around 3:30 at a residence connected to a garage. I dialed the 800 number as instructed and was instructed to park the vehicle and trailer out of traffic. No parking lot. Parked on the grass. I was also instructed to place the ONLY copy of the contract I had in the drop box along with the keys...on a post...outside the secured area. Now I don't have a copy of the contract in case I need to be re-reimbursed. I asked about the mileage past the 49 miles. No answer. So I guess U-Haul will charge me on my card...for an amount I may never know about...I'm PROBABLY NOT going to use U-Haul again.

DIANE LI will not recommend U-Haul to anyone. We requested a different P/U location than the company above and when the person called from U-Haul to verify, I asked 2 times if this was the requested Location in Benson, NC (TLC Works) and they said yes. My brother drove over 12 hrs to the location that was requested to find out that the trailer was at the location above. Then when I called the 800 number listed on the online reservation paper work, the U-Haul rep. informed me it was not their problem. I'll find another company to rent from even if it costs more up from...in the long run it will be cheaper.
