Stephen HThe trailer I rented was there, but no one was on site and there were no instructions. I had to call someone who had to call someone else. The location was convenient for me, but I will likely rent from a different location next time.
MATTHEW MDidn't have the equipment we ordered and gave less furniture pads than we paid for. Had to wait for someone to drive to the location to help us despite having an appointment.

Jody OI'm not sure where the mixup was. But I did not ask for online check-in. When I got to the location, no one was there, and I had to download the app so that I could do contactless pick up. The app was glitching and it was not a smooth process . Again, not sure if this was exactly the locations's fault or where the issue lies.
Ann GUnfortunately I had no other options available to me at the time and was forced to use your substandard service. If possible I'd leave a negative rating.
Marie QWe appreciate u-haul for having the equipment we needed on hand with the location right in our rout. We are hoping to always have the ability to rent the necessary equipment on our route. Keep on buying equipment and stocking the locations to improve for each of the customers.
