The rates were very high and, after I unloaded the trailer, I had to travel past several U Haul dealers to get to the one I was required to drop the trailer off at, which greatly increased my travel time. I would recommend that folks shop around for a better deal.

This location is excellent. U-Haul itself, however is the worst. Your truck broke down while I was driving. I had to help the tow truck guy with my truck and break my truck doing it and you're still charging me and threatening me about stealing the truck. I should so sue you guys.
Christopher DSince it was the closest location for me to drop off versus one I would have preferred closer, it was fine. Given it was inside an area dealing with a disaster of epic proportions, I had no issues with the drop off.

BRIAN DI have rented a trailer two weeks in a row for 1 day each time. I was charged for 2 rentals days on each occasion. I want it resolved or I am going to file a complaint with the state and dispute the credit card charges. I have photos and proof of time and date of the returns.
