TERESSA OIt was supposed to be unlimited miles. I was charged for extra miles. This place never answers the phone. As soon as I left they put up a sign that said "under construction" if you call and leave a message and we deem it's worthy enough for a call back we will get back to you. The whole place smells like cat piss.

Love HWe had the Trailer on my personal truck and my wife drove it to the drop off location and I drove the 26 foot truck to get gas and she was having trouble backing with the trailer it was after his working hours and he asked if he could help her and he jumped in my trick and backed it in for her.. SUCH a GREAT HELPER!!!! Thank you again for that!! Very much Appreciated!!!!

GLENN KAll windows inside and out and mirrors I had to clean my self. I had to blow out the interior of the box. We were effected by the storm and with out power for 2 days. My reservation was canceled twice. I made one for another location and although the hand written sign on the door said they would open and I could see there was power in the building no one showed up. I was able to reserve and pick up at another location. Front end issues could not drive over 60 MPH with out shaking of the steering wheel. Bad wiper blades should have been replaced prior to renting. Price went up from original reservation that was cancelled, I felt bait and switch and I did not have much choice considering the storm.
Helcio CYou guys charged me for mote mielage and gas than i actually used. What a trash operation, worst uhaul experience ive ever had.

ANTHONY SU-Haul truck located behind a locked gate and in a grass field over a curb. This put us behind schedule trying to resolve the locked gate issues. I had to drive the truck over a field and over curbs to get it back onto the asphalt parking lot. Horrible experience using the 24/7 truck share as the product wasn't available at the reserved time.

Dell BSammie was very professional and friendly. The checking was seamless. She explained the contract and gave me information if I needed road services. The only issues I had, and I found this out the next day, the radio and the dashboard lights weren't working. I told the drop off location this issue.

From day one on the phone through the rental process and truck rental over a 3 month period, it was service above herself. The company should be proud to know she runs day to day operations!! I can honestly say it's raise time on her end!! Don't even chance losing her!!!

BRYAN BThe location was easy to find and the equipment was setup and ready to go. However, the UHaul business model is one that should remain as physical as possible. You are renting heavy machinery to people. People who are very likely on a time crunch during one of the most stressful parts of life, moving. Perhaps having a person physically present to handle the transaction would be more convenient than trying to move into the digital age. Listing location as Not Applicable because I don't have an issue with the personnel there, but after the hour long phone call with customer service JUST TO PAY FOR THE EQUIPMENT, I don't think I'll ever use UHaul again, nor recommend to even my worst enemy

ANTHONY LSammie was so friendly and kind, when I walked in the door she greeted me with a warm smile and an I am here for you kindness. Upon returning the truck, I had a problem with my personal vehicle and she found a tool I needed to get it started and offered it to me to help get me on my way for another very busy day. Without her my day would have been ruined, but instead she kept me on schedule so I didn't keep others waiting at my home to unpack. Sammie is a huge asset to your company and the continued success. Sammie should be recognized for her non stop customer service. My entire family thanks you Sammie, have a wonderful upcoming holiday season and always be safe.
