LENORA FMake sure the person you area meant to meet actually arrives, or at least informs you beforehand that they will be contacting you over the phone at the pickup time. Also ensure that they tell you they do not have one of the requested items you reserved so you don't have to take up an hour or more of your time and money to go to another location after the fact to get it.
Zander SUsed the app to drop off but owner/person in charge came out quickly to help. Parking was a breeze
