Did an after hours drop off on my phone so there was no personnel

The online check in was disappointing. I could not upload my licence which hindered the pickup process. I hate it when rentals put gas at 3/4 hoping you put more in on return- greedy business practice. The person at check in location was very friendly and I will use this location if I need another rental. Overall it went smoothly and truck was a perfect fit for what I needed it to do.

I had an issue with the location as the staff was not sure how to retrive the key. I was advised that, I should recieve the passcode from a lock box to get the key. I did not recieve the passcode during online checkin process. Upon asking, the staff of the location told me, there is nothing he can do and call customer service. After waiting for 15-20 mins, I managed to get to talk to someone to know that I have to collect the key from the staff of the location. I wasted about 45 minutes during busy moving time due to lack of communication or a training?

Pick up was supposed to be closer to downtown, but got a phone call Friday saying we had to pick it up at a different location. Then after it was returned I got a nasty phone call from "Xianshun" (?)647 -716-5638 saying he was going to charge me for a lost dolly! He was very indignant, I insisted we did not pick up a dolly and he wants someone from the pick up location to call him back and confirm there was no dolly. I called the pick up location, but of course they were closed so it went to a call centre, there better not be a charge on my credit card!!!
