An update to the U-Haul app. would beyond improve the renting experience going forward!
Adewaleia ATruck had a very hard time starting initially to the point I was worried it wasn't going to. Once it did start it cranked up fine the rest of the day.
William WWorst experience of my life with a moving truck/company , we are military and have moved many times and I can say this has been the worst, I will not be using U-Haul ever again , their pick up system is terrible , I will also not even recommending it to anyone I know!

GEORGE HThis is twice now the Uhaul app did not work. The app would not complete the pick up because it could not determine the location. Location services were activated for the app. It would not even query for a position. I had to go inside and wait in a line of other customers. The facility had a very slow computer or a slow web site to process rentals. I waited over 30 minutes to complete my rental. The clerk was apologetic and friendly.
robert sThe Uhaul leaked and damaged my property. I filed a claim over the phone and was told I'd receive an email accessing a portal where I could upload my damage photos but I've received no portal access. There's been no email. I was told an adjuster would call within 48-hrs. That didn't happen. I filed a complaint previously over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received a phone call about it from UHaul. This company is useless and doesn't do anything they say they will do. Every call is followed by bad advice and lack of follow through. I'll never do business with Uhaul again. The absolute difficulty and frustration working with this company is not worth it. I would rather pay more money to conduct business with a competent business than ever turn to UHaul for service again.
