STEFAN HI was charged $15 for insurance and was never ask if I wanted the insurance. When I looked and the invoice I ask the manager what was the extra charge for. He replied that it was insurance. I ask him to refund me because he never mentioned insurance of ask me if I wanted it. He said I would have to called customer service for the refund. I did not like being charged for something that I was not given an option to accept or not to accept. If I recommended this location I would a friend to be aware of the insurance charge.

TIMOTHY DDropped off my uhaul the night of the 3rd. Tried to call for the next 2 days with no response. Finally got a message saying my uhaul was dropped off on the 5th, two days after the actual return.

Briscilla SI ordered a dolly and never received one. The employee told me it would be taken off and I also notated it during the initial inspection. The employee also told me that I can drop off my vehicle at any local but I went to the location I selected. I was charged $153 at Extreme Bed Liner and another $145 from U-Haul Moving and Storage of Katy. Spoke to customer and I have yet to receive an email refunding me $120 for the $7 dolly rental.

TODD SFriendly staff and front desk. I originally requested a 15 footer and received a 20 footer with no upcharge due to a schedule issue. I was nervous driving that big truck. Only thing I didn't like was the steering was a bit too loose in controlling the steering.

RICHARD SI have no suggestions for improvement here. My experience with Xtreme Bedliners and the rental of an Auto Transport trailer was perfect. Their communication and customer service was top notch! The AT trailer was perfect for moving our Honda CRV 200 miles. It pulled and tracked really well. Everything worked fine on it, the ramps, the tie-down straps, the chains, electric cord and lights. Our trip went very well with this trailer. Only issue I had was the U-haul location I returned trailer to in San Antonio checked my trailer in but did not enter it into the system that it was returned. So, I received an urgent message from U-haul saying my trailer was overdue when I had returned it the same day. It took a couple of phone calls to fix but it got fixed.

Dianne HBe ready on time. Our reservation was at 8am but they were not ready before 8:30. Have all accessories available online. We did the reservation with a dolly but they informed us at payment time that this was not available at this location.
Sarah ATruck cab had not been wiped clean. Food and beverage drippings and old dirt inside the cab. Truck box floor was not swept. We had to sweep the dirt and miscellaneous trash and hardware from the last customer before loading.

Thomas ZThe only issue we had (and overcame) was the lag in checking in on the app due to our connection speed. That caused a couple hiccups. Only improvement I can think of is to provide a wifi for better connectivity on the lot.
