While the staff is nice, it's only one person working a store and a rental counter. I was often pushed to the side to help customers purchasing alcohol or smoking products. The technology aspect with the app and returning the car was challenging as it's not set up correctly for this location.

GENENE H⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at this U-Haul location! The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the lady who assisted me. I accidentally reserved my truck for 11 PM instead of 11 AM, but she went above and beyond to make sure I still got what I needed. She was patient, kind, and super accommodating. Excellent customer service-highly recommend this location!

HENOCK GWe waited 3 hours for mobile pickup and the key was never in the lockbox. Talked to 10 agents that day. Got no support, lost half a day, and was charged for items that were not even available. Absolute lack of care for customer experience. I'm embarrassed for U-Haul.

DENNIS BI have rented trucks from this location many times. The location is excellent and easily accessible. The mobile pick up and drop offs work extremely well for me. If required, the store employees are typically nice and accommodating. However, my experience with this last rental was a nightmare!! The previous renter left an oak dining table in the vehicle. It was very heavy and difficult to manage. The gear shift was not operating properly. I had major issues with putting the truck into park. This rental was not typical for me at this location. I was shocked! Needless to say, because of the gear shift issue, it caused a delay in getting the truck back in a timely fashion. At some point, I think I stopped fighting with the gear shift, put in the parking break and gave up. This truck should be removed from the fleet. It's dangerous and presented a moving nightmare!

JORDAN SThis location over charged me even after I provided a cash deposit. Their vehicles were poorly kept and had bugs in the cabin. The brakes and steering along with stopping due to slick tires was hazardous. I am seeking a full refund

JULIENNE AThe van's engine is not in good condition, whenever i hit the gas it doesnt give that much power, it takes time for it to speed up. One good thing though is it has back camera, very helpful when parking. The back of the van was kinda untidy.
