They had just want I needed and was very helpful.

Took quite awhile to get the keys even though I submitted everything online for the mobile pickup. The man working was very nice, but I am frustrated with the fact that I was billed for gas when I returned it as he said (with the same amount of fuel I received the truck with). I also wasn't told where the drop off box was to return the key after closing. It was dark when I came back with the truck and on the visible fence, there were just boxes with locks... after about 5 minutes of looking for it I decided to return the key in the morning. When I got there at 10am, they weren't open yet, but I saw the orange drop of box, which was hidden by a truck. I just dropped my key there.

Owner called and left message after rental returned to say they could not find the key. I worriedly called back and they said never mind, they found it.

It was a holiday so dropping off was easy.

Awful and dirty and isolated. Like a crime scene waiting to happen

All electronic transaction. No help to be had. Had to call their 800# to get access to equipment. Dolly I paid for was not in truck. Truck full of cardboard from previous renter. Was over an hour late getting started because of lack of support on site.

I dropped the truck off with the same amount of fuel as it had when I picked it up and they changed me for 6 more gallons of fuel

Dispatch operator was very courteous and helpful, location was convenient and easy to pickup truck, truck very dirty and moving dolly old-rusty-broken.

There was no one to receive me. I called a number in a door, the person told me to leave the keys in the dropbox and he will send me the receipt. That never happened. I called twice just to have him tell me the same thing. I received the receipt a week later. Bad bad service
