Erin RI have rented trailers and trucks from this location for several years and always had a positive experience.

Frank TThe pickup/delivery was quick and smooth except for the poor online access to support the check-in. It was also painful to make the on-line reservation earlier that day.
Robert RThe parking lot was roped off and we had to park our personal vehicle in a field. The rental truck was extremely dusty in the cab and needed some minor maintenance.

Chris PI was told the gas level was at 3/4 when I checked in, and that I needed to fill back to 3/4 upon return or I would be charged $30+ As I started down the road, I noticed it was only 5/8 of a tank so it took a screen shot with my phone to show what the actual level was. At the end of the day I called before returning the truck to notify the agent but nobody answered so I left a message I went ahead and brought it back at 3/4 in fear of being charged an extra $30. When I got back I mentioned the gas situation and showed him my screen shot of the 5/8 full tank and asked would I be compensated for the extra gas. He said "No, I'm just the agent". It's between you and U Haul". NOT a good response!!
